This place was exactly what we needed for a family vacation. It was a very quick distance to the beach, which was so nice. It wasn't a fancy condo, but had everything we needed to enjoy or time on the beach. I loved that their were chairs, floats and umbrella for us to utilize, since we couldn't bring those items. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

If you’re solely looking for a beach condo with excellent proximity to the beach, this is it. The beach is right across the street and you can walk to everything on Bridge St. a half mile away; however, I’d definitely consider this a zero frill condo but expected given the price. If you’re someone who wants a relaxing and comfortable place in addition to convenience, unfortunately not your place. We were a bit disappointed with check in. We were told the condo was ready for us early; however, was never actually given check in instructions. I had to ask a couple times how to get a code or key to then find out the key would be inside for us ( which was fine but this should have been stated in advance). We were expecting a beach wagon, umbrella and chairs but there was only a single, broken chair at our condo door. We saw the other condos in the unit with several chairs. I had to specifically ask if there were any other chairs or umbrella to use since this was listed as an amenity. We were told they were kept outside under a specific stairway of the building ( after already being at the beach with nothing to use) . This should have been info provided right from the start and not when it was too late. I had read reviews indicating that the beds were not comfortable, but I thought no big deal. Well, the beds are truly awful, especially the 2 twin beds. One bed sat on a broken wheel and the other would creek every time my 35lb daughter moved in it! If you’re picky, I’d avoid

Our stay on this property was very nice. The owner was very attentive to all of my questions prior to and during our stay. The location was very nice. The only issue was the construction however, that was out of the owners control and it was not that big of an issue other than parking at times. We definitely recommend and would stay there again ourselves.

My stay at this property was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect! Quick easy access to a peaceful clean beach. The property has parking on site so no concern there. There are plenty of places to dine and shop within walking distance. The property was clean and comfortable! And the property manager is great! She was responsive, friendly and ensured everything was set for my stay. I can't wait to stay here again!

This place was perfect for my family of 4! Two bedrooms, one having two twin beds for my 5 and 3 year old! Full bath and full kitchen, with washer and dryer. Beach right across the street and all the amenities you would need for entertaining children at the beach! I got the pleasure of meeting Sophie and she was so kind!

We absolutely loved spending our honeymoon here. We were able to walk, or ride a bicycle everywhere we wanted to go. Waking up and having our coffee on the beach was amazing! It’s literally steps away. We will be back!

Great place for our beach weekend!

We stay every year for a long Father’s Day weekend. We have hit a run for the last 3 years where each year the owners have sold and we need to find a new “home”. Our place was the perfect size for our family of 4 and was really wonderful! The owner was so kind and helped us with one small issue that was somewhat out of anyone’s control. What a great option and we will definitely be back (as long as it isn’t sold which like I said had been our luck for the last 3 years!) :)

The area is nice and quiet and close to the beach. We chose this one because it was listed as “handicap accessible “ but there were 2 smalls steps to get in the door and no grab bars in the bathroom. The apartment was clean but could really use some new furniture in the living room.

Coquina is the perfect spot for a couple or small family. The beach is right across the street (can see it from any of the condos) and Bridge street is less than 1/2 a mile north with restaurants and bars. We always enjoy our stay here.

This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for my family of 4! Apartment was clean, and Sophie is very responsive to any questions! It was so nice to have a kitchen and a washer/dryer to use. We had plenty of towels and chairs for the beach, along with lots of sand toys. The location is perfect--walk out the front door, cross the street, and there is the beach! Walk out the back door, down a few houses, and there's the bay, with plenty of sailboats to watch. There is a (totally free!) trolley stop about a block away, which runs up and down the island. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance if you want to stay close. We stayed 9 days and had a wonderful time!

Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven, Bob & Sophie! This was a very nice place to stay. It was only a few steps from the sandy, beautiful Bradenton beach. The sand is like talcum powder, the sunsets magnificent! We will return with other family members that come to visit.

Great location, very close to the beach. It's literally just across the street. It's also not far to walk into town to some shops and restaurants. The only complaint I have about the condo is that the sofa bed really needs to be replaced. It was too uncomfortable even for a child to sleep on. Cute place and we had a great time even though it was rather chilly and rainy while we were there.

I would highly recommend staying here! 50 steps to the beach, incredible sunsets, and a laid back atmosphere. I took my 4 teenagers down over their Christmas beak and we had great time relaxing on the beach and doing a whole lot of nothing. Walking distance to outstanding restaurants and shopping, the grocery was just a short drive away on the island. Although we didn’t get to meet Sophie, she was more than accommodating to a couple of requests before we arrived. We have already decided that this will be a yearly tradition to the island! Thanks again Sophie!

The place was clean, comfortable and had nice amenities. Sophie greeted us warmly and was very nice. There were beach chairs and beach towels, which are most important when visiting the beach. The beach is right across the street! Shopping and dining options are plentiful. There are very few places in Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach that can meet or exceed the value we found in this little gem.

What a gem! We picked this rental because of it being located across the street from the beach. We were so happy with this condo, we will stay there every time we head to the area. This property was clean, comfortable, and a good location for the area. There is a free trolley that has a stop within a short walking distance and public beach accessibility is very convenient. It was perfect for a 4 person girls getaway. It's also about an hour from the Tampa International Airport, so getting to and from travel was easy. You are also close enough to the Sarasota area to eat, shop, and go to beaches! Totally recommend!

Very comfortable condo with everything you need to have a great time on the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards). Beach is incredible. Fantastic evening beach view from 2nd floor porch. We absolutely loved our stay! We are literally across the street from the ocean and Sophie supplied all of your beach needs minus sunscreen lol. Its only a short walk to all of the island night life and food. Plus its such a great price! We definitely plan on coming back next year with some more friends and maybe renting the whole place out! This was our 4th year staying in this condo. Great location with the beach just steps away and Bridge Street within easy walking distance. Easy access to the free trolley on the island. Beautiful sunsets from the front porch. Kitchen well equipped, washer and dryer an extra bonus, and plenty of beach accessories. Sophie is always so helpful and pleasant. Looking forward to next year already!
