Immaculate modern apartment with great facilities in a breathtaking location

I can’t rate this property highly enough. The host was very attentive with great communication. The apartment was exceptionally clean, immaculate in fact. The location is breathtaking towards the lake and up to the mountain village. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Prima appartement. Schoon en groot. Alles aanwezig.

De omgeving is ronduit prachtig en de verfrissing in het zwembad en Comomeer zorgt voor een heerlijk verblijf. Het appar

Het zwembad is top! En de airco in het appartement ook zeer aangenaam en nodig in deze hitte.

In het appartement waren verschillende zaken stuk (bv. droogrek) of niet zo goed onderhouden (water in de douche loopt niet goed weg). Er is ook nergens een overzicht of brochure met informatie (bv. wachtwoord wifi). De verantwoordelijke spreekt amper een woord Engels dus de communicatie verloopt erg moeizaam.

We really enjoyed our stay and will come back!

The property was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff were realy nice and helped with everything we needed. Location was really good and the view from the window was excelent.

Parking access was tricky at first because the street is really narrow so bigger car would have a slight problem. Acces to our room was a bit comfusing.

Probabilmente in estate è diversa. In inverno è tutto chiuso. Ero l’unico ospite.

Fredda. Il condizionamento acceso solo poche ore prima dell’arrivo, non è riuscito a rendere la camera confortevole.

A good walk to everything and no taxis, it was raining for most of the week and a long walk from the nearest supermarket with water etc.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Schöne und ruhige Anlage mit schönem Pool. Restaurants gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Schwarze Ränder in der Duschkabine. Sonst alles sehr sauber.

The accommodation is located well .

Not bringing the rubbish away: fee 40 Euros The place where you must bring rubbish is located quite a distance away. Difficult to find because you are told it is near the church. No towels for the swimming pool offered.

Clean and modern apartment

Clean and modern apartment. Convenient walk to have a dinner in Sorsasso vineyard (Domasino wines).

It was an unconvenient surprise that nowadays you have to take all rubbish by yourself to the communal trash pin that is not even close and was difficult to find; no instructions.

Hotel without soap I would not go back to

The location is good and so is the swimming pool. AC was working fine inside, the beds and pillows were comfortable.

There was no soap in this hotel whatsoever. We were asked to use disposable shampoo instead, which was mind-blowing. The shower cabin was tiny and I could barely fit. Parking is a bit of challenge to drive in to and will be impossible for a wide SUV or a van. The owner of the hotel was rude and yelled at me in Italian for using a teapot someone from the reception had given me a bit earlier.

Good place to stay in lake Como area

Good clean rooms, very nice staff, comfy bed. Breakfast was super cheap and the coffee was great.

The road to the property is a bit narrow.

The location is super nice with a nice view.

There was no heating in the rooms besides the air conditioning. With the floors being extra-cold, it is not pleasant at all to heat only with air-conditioning. Especially with a small child that likes to inspect everything. The walls in our room had clear signs of previous 'floods' and were not the cleanest. We did not enjoy the fact that we were informed to clean up our own rooms (take out the trash and wash all the dishes) or else we would have to pay an extra 40 EUR!!! as a cleaning fee (we stayed only for 1 night).

ood location, quiet this time of year. Easy walk into Domaso.

Residence a bit basic, such as only four plates,four knives four forks etc., however no problems.

Pehraps is better in the summer.

The size of the room/apartment.

It was cold, not adapt for the winter season. The receptionist tried to let me pay twice by asserting that he had not received/found in his system the payment from booking. The hair drier was broken. At the end of the stay you need to trow away your own garbage otherwise you need to pay a penalty.

Fabulous stay, beautiful well equipped apartment with awesome hotel owner!

We absolutely loved our stay! Greg value for money! Paul is the best host, he is so kind, helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you are very comfortable. He offered us a great deal to pick us up from the train last minute as well and saved us a lot of time and money. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need to cook a nice meal. The view and location are fabulous! We loved it so much we extended our stay. we highly recommend.
