The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. Our Guests appreciate the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids really enjoy!

While the complex has many units, not all are created equal... This particular condo offers a unique floor plan with a much larger main living area. As you can see in our photos, this condo offers an adequate amount of space whether your group is gathering together for a meal or card game, or lounging around! The deck is also larger than most with a great view overlooking the boat docks and cove out toward the Lake's main channel.

You'll appreciate the condo owners' tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings as you relax and visit in the open living area. Enjoy the Large-Screen HD Cable TV and bring along your laptop or tablets and log onto the Internet at High-Speed with Free Wi-Fi!

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque on the Deck.

The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and a fantastic Lake View. The 2nd Bedroom has two beds - a Queen and a Twin. The 3rd Bedroom offers a Queen sized bed. In addition, the sofa converts to a sleeper in the main living area. Altogether, the condo can comfortably accommodate 9 guests.

Check-In 3:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.

BOATERS: Our boat slips are close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.

LADIES' WEEKENDS: All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are jam-packed with famous name brand merchandise at prices that will amaze even the most experienced bargain hunters...25-70% savings. Ask me about special coupons!

GOLFERS: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex. Bring those Clubs!

My husband and I took 2 of our adult children their spouse’s and our 3 grandchildren on a trip to the Ozarks. We felt the condo was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. We only used the pool at the point as it had a pretty view of the lake . We also took the grandkids to the beach. We had to get them water shoes because the sand is not smooth! It’s mixed with

Overall property met our needs. Oven and grill were quite soiled and need deep cleaning. Living room chairs sag and need repair/replacement. Master bath has one missing light bulb and one burned out.

Overall it was a good visit. We loved the view, especially the sunsets. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, we cleaned the ones we had to use. The Wi-Fi didn’t work well. When we went to clean the grill after using it, we could not find a grill brush, we found another way to clean it. Also, it would be helpful to know that shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap are not included with the room, so we know to bring our own.

The Ledges works well for our family except we are outgrowing it! It is right on the water. Has 2 nice pools and boat dock is available. Jason is always great to work with.

The place is what you see in the pictures, had a great time at the pool watching all the boats go by. We used the grill on the patio but the place could really use a new one it was hard to get it started and needs a cleaning job, The condo had all the basic needs you needed, like paper towel t-paper dish soap and dish washer tabs. The only draw back was all the stairs to get down to the pool or beach definitely not for people with bad knees

The property is as listed, and it's more beautiful in person. There were three of us, but it could have easily accommodated more people and was well-equipped. The owner communicates quickly and effectively. The view of the sunset over the Lake is gorgeous! We were there during Bike Week, and even though there were many motorcycles at the complex, it was quiet during sleeping hours, and we felt safe. We would stay here again!

We spent our mornings out and about Osage Beach. This property is close to many kid friendly amenities. We spend the afternoons swimming at one of the two pool or the beach located inside of the condo association. Evening meals were easy to prepare in the stocked kitchen. I would recommend bringing a scrubbing pad for the pots and pans. Very family friendly!

The condo was very clean and very nice. It is spacious and had plenty of room for the six adults in our party, including the deck area. The kitchen is a little small but had updated appliances. We had everything we needed (except a cookie sheet). It is located on the 2nd floor so the steps weren't too bad. But, there are a lot of steps going down to the water. It was a little hard for some of the people in our group to get back up the hill. Beautiful condo on a nice quiet cove. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time and the place met our needs. Being a vacation rental home owner here are a few things I would suggest: - Need more coffee mugs - so we don’t have to wash them each time we use them. - As I know it is hard to keep white towels white but they should remove the stained ones. - Pans are getting a little beat up and should have non stick utensils to help preserve them. - The front bedroom with the Queen bed gets hot when the sun comes in so room darkening shades/ blinds or additional drapes would help although we very much appreciated the additional fan! We appreciated the coffee filters, plastic wrap and some spices that were left behind. All in all a fantastic stay!
