The Lounge has a bay window with lovely views across the common to the sea, it is open plan with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen For your comfort, bedding, towels, Wifi and parking are included in the price. From the property it is few minutes walk to Southsea Shops, that offer supermarkets, numerous bars, restaurants, pubs, snack bars, take away, high street & boutique shops, all the shopping amenities you should need. They are British-made and cruelty free too Environmentally friendly loo roll - Who gives a crap Made from re-cycled paper with no plastic packaging. We provide a washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths. Check-out is 10am as the property will need to be made ready for the next guest. Please leave the property as you found it, the keys on the side and close the front door and text me so I can secure the property. The apartment is suitable for large families. It is in a residential block and can sleep a max of 5 single people (one per bed). No stag or hen parties. Only booked guests are allowed in the property unless otherwise agreed. At least one person must be over 18. We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided , ID may be requested. A security deposit of £150 is required via Charge Automation. Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issue immediately. The following charges may be applied Lost keys and lock outs are charged at £30 Extra Cleaning £20 per hour - We allow for 2.5 hours cleaning per stay if it takes longer, we will have to charge you the additional cleaning cost. Up to 2 dogs allowed a £25 fee applies per stay.
