First time there. Very pretty but won’t return.

Environment was lovely. Beach, trees, deer. Very family centered. Church on the beach was great!

The golf cart we rented barely ran. There was no spare toilet paper rolls, garbage bags, the batteries in the remote were dead. I used my flashlight batteries so I could watch the tv. Garbage piled up at the receptacle. The smell and the flies were bad. The deer were so friendly as they were there getting into the garbage. Everything was expensive. The fees to stay doubled the cost of the rental.

Not worth it

Location. The condo itself was cute and clean.

1. Sunsuite condos are under construction. 2. Pool was dirty and couldn’t swim in it, which I had asked about when making the reservation because the kids wanted to swim in a pool. It was confirmed on the call they could swim in it. 3. Staff was rude plus did not prepare appropriately for all of us. 4. I had to walk back to Guest Services (Livvy) three times. One, she forgot to print out and give me the combination to get into the room. Two, there were not enough blankets, pillows and towels so I had to go down and request these from Livvy. The woman who delivered the blankets and pillows did not have the towels. She said Guest Services (Livvy) has them. I replied that I asked her (Livvy) twice for the extra towels and Livvy said she’d call down and see if they had any. All the while she had them there. I conveyed to the woman who brought the blankets and pillows that the condo was not prepared properly and she said it’s Bookings.com’s fault and to take it up with them. She was also not very pleasant. 4. The blankets while clean were torn. Tags on the blankets said “defective” - I have pictures. 5. The water for the shower was a little better than a trickle and the bathroom sink was partially clogged. 6. The maintenance of these condos was severely lacking. I have pictures. Pool wasn’t clean. Grounds not maintained. Structures were worn and green mildew. Id like a refund.
