Best place in the area, can easily compete with Belgrade hotels.

The breakfast is not too rich but with enough choices. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds, AC of good quality, modern look of the hotel. Elegant I can also say. The staff is prompt and client service oriented.

Everything, breakfast was horrible, room never cleaned, had to ask for clean towels everyday, no facilities, not even from were to buy a bottle o water or a coffee, shower stand broken, toilet all stained and most uncomfortable toilet seat,

Very strong cigarette smoke in the room

Room was big and location close to the highway. Quiet location. Free parking. 24hr front desk. Overall, manageable experience except the cigarette smoke smell!

Smoking is allowed in the rooms and therefore there is a strong and awful smell of cigarettes in the room. There is a an EXIT sign in the room which has a very strong light therefore making it difficult to have enough darkness in the room. Soap in the bathroom difficult to use. Breakfast was just OK - eggs and cold cuts. There weren’t any tomatoes or cucumbers at least. Hot beverages are prepared and served by staff but weren’t good.

No big issues; could be better for this price

Great location, spacious parking lot, very helpful and nice staff, good and tasty breakfast, working AC, kids playroom was nice too.

Poor soundproofing; on the 3rd floor I've heard party music for the 0th floor. There was a dead roach laying at the bed upon our arrival and in the night some loud big flew out of the ceiling and I had to get rid of myself.

Everything was great! Receptionists, breakfast, coffee, whole room cleaned and pleasant jacuzzi ofcourse... definitely the best stay, we will be coming back here every time we wanted to relax and enjoy❤️

Clean, nice looking hotel

Breakfast was so so, the shower cabin is very small, you can not even turn around. The price was 2€/night higher as booked on booking.com

Everything you need for your stay

Great central location and excellent friendly staff. Coffee during breakfast ordered from and served by the waiter, which was much more preferred than usual coffee machines. Breakfast had some variety of eggs, cold cuts, sweets and cereals. Plenty of parking spaces. Facilities are new and well maintained. Sound isolation is great with solid walls, so you can't hear any noise or talking from the other rooms.

Separate bathroom amenities would be appreciated (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dental kit...), as there was just all-in-one in the shower. Missed the bed cover during the night, as the bed only had a sheet on.
