Great location for purpose of trip.
I have no dislikes
4.0 / 5.0
The property is in a great location and comes with a par space which is an added bonus.
The property needed a good deep clean. Lots of dust on skirting and on radiators. Missing basic items such as oven gloves, scissors, oven shelf that actually fits the oven!

Location is excellent

Location good
It wasn't what we originally booked
All we could smell was cannabis drifting in from outside
The apartment seemed like student accommodation
2.0 / 5.0
Good location, close to town centre. Good size - two bedrooms, two bathrooms and decent size living room.
The fridge and freezer were frosted and leaking on to the floor. The apartment doesn't have any character whatsoever - completely blank walls. There was a lack of basic goods - milk, teabags, coffee etc which I would expect for an apartment of this price. The furnishings are very basic.

Great location and and light spacious accommodation
Shower didn’t work in main bathroom and could do with a re-paint throughout
4.5 / 5.0
Very spacious apartment with two bathrooms making it easy for guests. Great location - couldn’t be better.
It was very sparsely decorated and the sofa was in need of replacing.
4.5 / 5.0
- Easy access to everywhere just in the middle of the city.
- You can reach Waitrose in just one minute so you can buy what you need
- Very large 2 bathroom 2 bedroom flat
- All the necessary kitchen utensils and equipment are supplied
- Clean towels, clean bathroom
- Very good choice especially for long term family stays
There is not reception at the property
And nobody comes to meet you
So you make your self check-in
If you are not familiar with the area and the property it is a confusing process
Beds sizes are small for two person.

Great location, nice and clean, I would stay again.
The blinds in the lounge were bent and damaged with one missing from one window section. The temperature control wasn't working properly on the en suite shower. The touch lamps didn't work properly, maybe the bulbs were going. The door locks to the building itself not the actual apartment have become very worn and are difficult to open but this would be down to building maintenance and not the apartment owner to fix/ maintain. Also the building smoke alarm was bleeping every 60 - 90 seconds at night as though the battery was running low.

The location was great. Waitrose is just 1 minute by walk. Very close from the city center and many restaurants.
The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one big living and kitchen which was suitable to stay with family.
There were only 3 glasses and 4 plates in the kitchen. I should had washed each time after meal.
There were some places needs to be fixed and cleaned. I took pictures on arrival in case they think it is me who broke things. The drain of a bathroom in the bedroom was not good. The main bathroom was okay, so we used only one bathroom.

Beautiful flat, clean and well equipped
Nice location, close to city centre

the living area and kitchen were very nice and one of the bedrooms was ok.
the second bedroom is very small but i didnt use it.
The rental could benefit from proper toiletries as they are extremely limited

Breakfast was not applicable, but the situation was great.
Keys a bit difficult to obtain and instructions for the use of the cooker, heating and a list of appropriate emergency numbers would have been helpful.

Great location
small queen size beds. could have been cleaner. limited facilities for an apartment.
4.0 / 5.0
The central location, the spacious, well furnished rooms and the cleanliness.
The lack of essentials...almost empty toilet rolls in both bathrooms, no dishwasher powder/ tablets, no condiments...meant we had to purchase EVERYTHING and take home extras we may not use. Very hard to find the property. Adding "diagonally opposite Waitrose corner" would have helped a great deal.
4.5 / 5.0
Nice spacious accomodation.
No soap and not really enough toilet paper. No helpful local information, eg local taxis, telephone number for local health services, also only one key was available.
4.5 / 5.0
Great location and a very comfortable apartment. We felt right at home right away. Our son lives in Guildford and we enjoyed being nearby without putting his family out. The beds were really comfortable. Having Waitrose across the street was convenient, and being near the city centre in Guildford was also nice.
The knives should be sharpened or replaced. They are dangerously dull. The screws holding the casing around the master bedroom doorknob should be tightened. We found it very difficult to lock the balcony doors. We were staying a week so needed to buy toilet paper. It would have been nice to have a supply for the whole week. But all in all, we loved the apartment.

This is our second time there and as usual was perfect, it is really child friendly, there is a big supermarket just around the corner and you reach by foot the city shops and attractions.

The flat was centrally located in Guildford and within walking distance to shopping, transportation, and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth and staff very helpful. The flat was nice and modern with lots of space. Staff were friendly and attentive. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Liked everything.

The location was excellent, could not have wished for a better situation as we were close to everything yet secluded enough not to be bothered by traffic or noise.
Parking space for one car which again was excellent as parking area was in a secure gated area that could only be accessed with a security fob.
Key were in a box and we were instructed how to obtain them by Keith who was either working for the agent or owned the property.
We didn't like the fact that the second bed room was small with limited storage, no wardrobes so my relative had to hand there clothes in main bedroom with our clothes.
The main Bathroom was in ned of a decent refurb with no sheer curtain making it akward for someone with limited mobility to keep climbing into the bath for a shower/bath.
The en- suite bathroom had no shelving to put things like shaving and toiletries and no toilet roll holder.
The shower cubicle was badly in need of a good clean around the frame and the shower base edges needed removing and re-grouting, I didn't have the courage to check the waste plug as I was afraid of what I might find. Also the shower head was the wrong type for the shower head fitting, I have a similar Aqualiza Shower at home so I know what shower head it should have. the one fitted was the wrong shape and you had to continually take it off the rail so you could shower, otherwise only the tiles got shower water.
It's a shame really as every thing else was realy good, Location, Parking, etc. I would not try to put people off staying here as I would certainly return, it's just things like the bathroom not being up to standard.
I'm sure the owners or there agents can very easily put these things right with very little outlay.
Summing up had a wonderful stay and would recommend the apartment to anyone provided that a bathroom a storage issues are resolved. Otherwise I would have given this place a 5 star rating instead of a 3 star.
