About this house rental

Prime Week available at Southcape Resort and Club, Saturday July 15 checkout Saturday July 22! Southcape is a family friendly resort located in Mashpee, MA on Cape Cod. We usually use this time-share week, but have last minute changes to family Summer schedule, so are renting our week. Unit is roomy, air conditioned, beautifully furnished with full kitchen, living room and dining room. Sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms and sleep sofa in living room. Close to Southcape State Beach (Popponesset beach), Waquoit Bay and Falmouth beaches, down the street from open air charming, activity-rich Mashpee Commons, restaurants, shops. Other local attractions include Shining Sea bike path, Falmouth, Woods Hole, freshwater ponds, island ferries to Martha' Vineyard and Nantucket. Easy driving distance to numerous Cape attractions. On site amenities include two pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard and playground. Rear patio with charcoal grill. Laundry on-site. Note: construction ongoing nearby, some noise impact during working hours. Pools close at 4:45PM except Saturday, when they are open until 8PM. Great location and price
Great location and price
None of the amenities were open because of COVID but the place was good for the price, and the location was perfect! Stuff needs to be updated in the unit however, the couch had wear inside and u could feel the springs jabbing u in one spot, also only two burners were working on the stove. Very minimal kitchen supplies and no grill stuff

Our property online was listed as 1700 square feet and had a washer and dryer in unit, we did not get that. We got 1200 sq ft and no washer or dryer. We spoke with the receptionist and they gave us a unit that had everything we had gotten on line. It was comfortable, but the mattresses need to be changed. John the housekeeping person, who was wonderful made all the mattress change for us. but by far we enjoyed our stay except for those two glitches. The property is lovely and near everything which we enjoyed very much. Thank you.
