we didn't stay. not as advertised.

we did not stay, as we were asked to pay cash on arrival, even though we had reserved by credit card on booking.com.

we reserved a king suite. we were offered a small room with double bed. Host, or someone serving in her absence, was inhospitable and rather rude.

Un buen lugar para descansar y cerca de todo el área metropolitana con acceso a cualquier parte rapi

La cama king es muy confortable y en general todas las comodidades.El baño privado excelente y me encantaron los espejos.

Esto es sugerido pero tal vez un love seat para ver la televisión más cerca.

Communication was wonderful, not the facility.

The photo of the facility does not depict the apartment. It is very misleading. The room was an upstairs bedroom to a home. The bed was hard as a rock. The shower was in need of a remodel. The room was large with a bathroom.

We did not like that we were inside a home. We thought we were renting a separate apartment. There was a misunderstanding when booking the property. Booking.com does not have it categorized properly.

Gated community, private bed & bath and Faby was an amazing hostess. She picked us up from the airport, dropped us off for some sightseeing and took us to our cruise terminal the next day!

Wonderful host, great place to stay!

Fabiola was a great host! She was pleasant and very accommodating to our needs and requests. Check-in instructions were clear. We spoke with Fabiola prior to arrival and she gave us all needed information to access the gate. She met us upon arrival to give us the keys, show us our room and answer any questions we had. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was just perfect for us. Overall our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay at Casa Sofia again

Our stay was short but comfortable and homey, much more so than a hotel.

The location was excellent for my needs. The hostess made us feel like one of the family. The best BnB I have stayed in. She went out of her way to make sure all of our needs were met.

I enjoyed the total experience. I have no criticisms for the accommodations or the service.

It was an excellent stay. The room was super clean and neat. The bathroom was inside our bedroom and super comfortable.

The location wasn't too far from the airport and it was in a private area. Sofia was very friendly and hugged me like she was part of my family. The 2 dogs she had welcomed us. I felt like been home!

My overall stay was amazing and I would definitely recommend a stay at casa Sofia.

Fabiola was amazing! Treated me and my wife as family the whole stay. Plus her dogs are simply amazing and beautiful. I am planning a return trip already
