Villa Coco and Villa Breeze at Avlaki Beach gave us a beautiful and relaxing holiday.

The location was amazing, very short stroll to the beautiful Avlaki Beach with a couple of very good tavernas. The villas were great with good layouts and facilities. Pools were fantastic. Very tranquil. The mid-week change of towels and bedding was good.

The villas were not thoroughly cleaned everywhere before arrival. It was very dusty under all the sofas and beds and the bathroom floors were a bit messy.

Excellent, peaceful location near superb beach

Fantastic location, less than 200m to beach. Excellent pool. Very quiet and private. Some very good facilities but some things could be better (e.g. 2m wide bed in main bedroom)

Capacious for 2 but anything more than 4 people would mean not enough glasses, cutlery etc. Half size dishwasher. On steep hill with over 20 steps from car space to door, so not suitable for those with limited mobility or, we would suggest, young children.

A lovely stay.

A beautiful villa in a beautiful location. Being able to walk to a beach and a taverna was great. We felt having a car was very useful for getting to the shop and Kassiopi. The pool is a great size and having towels for the pool was really helpful. The beds are so comfortable. Any issues we had were quite minor really but dealt with very promptly.

For the price of this villa, there were a few things which we felt would have been nice to have: more bin bags, a microwave, ironing board. The plug for the washing machine was hanging out of the wall, the corner behind the fold up table needed cleaning and one of the sheets was dirty. None of this was a major issue for us or ruined our holiday, but this was a relatively pricey villa. For anyone with young children just be aware there is no barrier at the edge of the poolside - there is quite a drop at one side (about 6 foot).

Nice property, with good amenities, pool, etc... Fairly new and in very good condition. Amazing location, friendly and nice staff. 2 min walk to the beach and near a nature reserve. 1km from shops and restaurants next door

The house was very humid with lots of water on the floor. They brought a dehumidifier to the living area, however the problem moved to the bedrooms. Later in the season I assume the problem will disappear. This problems persisted during the 10 day stay. Also the wifi stopped working after 2 days.

The villa is in a nice location a few meters from the beach the facilities are lovely and the showers if the hot water works😂 are wonderful the beds are comfy Akasi the lady in charge does her best to keep you happy

1The villa is built on a slope and during the time we were there the pool was in the shade until the afternoon so if you wanted to sit in the sun there wasn't any because the house shaded it. 2 There is no where to sit inside to eat a meal only if you the garden furniture inside. 3 The house is no longer surrounded by olive trees they have cut them down and are building another villa below the villa so the villa is very exposed to the opposite hotel and road which somewhat spoiled the whole idea. The last thing was after the second day the hot water failed so we had to move to another villa belonging to the same firm which was most annoying. The house is new and I think lacking in character and small things missing like dustbin bags tables for the dish washer

Exceptional

Perfect stay, ideal location! :-) We stayed in this unique, just built architectural jewel, which was absolutely amazing! Everything was brand new and super clean! Stunning views from large verandas, only a few steps away from a lovely beach with crystal clear, emerald waters, restaurants with local cuisine nearby, we literally couldn’t ask for anything more! The pool is divine, we loved the sun loungers in the shallow part of it; such a special place to spend a completely relaxing day, surrounded by abundant olive trees... The villa is equipped with everything we needed and Agathi, the hostess of the house who is local, gave us some excellent suggestions. It’s a marvelous house, ideal if you want to reconnect with nature and especially with the sea, while being at the same time close to everything you might need! We totally recommend it and would love to come back!
