The house is located in a private entrance street with direct access to a very quiet beach, with little depth, so ideal for families with children. In summer there is a surf school. Nearby there are more beaches and a very famous bay with beautiful natural dunes.

Amplio salón de más de 40 m2 y techos altos con vigas de madera, chimenea y salida a 2 terrazas, una muy grande orientada al este, fresca y aireada en verano y otra orientada al suroeste para usar el sol en invierno. En el primer piso se encuentra el salón, la cocina, dos dormitorios y dos baños. En el segundo piso hay una habitación doble y una antesala que puede ser usada por un niño. Estas habitaciones superiores tend grandes ventanales con vistas al mar.

Beautiful Mediterranean style villa a few meters from Marenyet beach with garden. Spacious living room of 40 m2 and high ceilings with wooden beams, fireplace and exit to 2 terraces, one very large facing east, fresh and airy in summer and another oriented to the southwest to the sun in winter. On the first floor there is the living room, the kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor there is a double bedroom and an anteroom that can be used by a child. These superior rooms have large windows overlooking the sea.
