About this house rental
This newly renovated house is ready for all of your Lake George adventures! Located right between Lake George village and Bolton Landing, this house is centrally located for all of your vacation needs. Nearby you can find restaurants, boat rentals, arcades, a theme park, horseback riding, and much more. With very spacious living quarters and a huge wrap around porch, you can enjoy Lake George from every spot. Brodie's Lakeside House has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and cable TV. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has bunk beds (a full bottom bunk with a single upper bunk), the third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth bedroom has both a queen and day bed. There are two full bathrooms on the second floor, and a half bath on the first, all brand new. The kitchen is newly renovated and provides all the cooking tools needed to make a first class meal, that can be enjoyed by guests in the full dinning room. A small breakfast nook is located just off of the kitchen for smaller meals. A dock slip is available for your boat for an extra charge of $50/per night or $350/per week. You may also rent a boat to explore the lake right next door, we offer our house renters a 5% discount on boat renters during their house stay through our marinas BrodiesLakeside.com and LittleHarborBoatCompany.com. If you rent through 1 of our 2 rental locations we will not charge for the dock slip at the house. We are family friendly, with a crib and high chair available on request at no additional charge. No pets and no smoking please. Unfortunately at this time we do not have a designated swimming area because of insurance liability however there is a local public beaches within 1/8 mile away and utilizing one of the day camping sites on the islands throughout Lake George is another great option if you bring your own boat or rent a boat during your stay.

Our family gives Riley and the Brodie family a perfect score for their wonderful, private, vacation home on the lake. The breezy home is beautiful, spacious, clean, well-appointed, comfy beds, and huge windows with a grand view of the magestic, lush green mountains and crystal clear blue lake. We spent alot of time on the grand porch, watching the boats go by, the heron fishing, and loon calling in the morning and evening, making s'mores on the propane fireplace and grilling on the porch, or sitting in the adirondack chairs on the lawn by the lake.We couldn't have asked for a better setting...after staying at other places around the lake for the last 6 decades this is the best kept secret. Riley and his staff makes everything so easy. He is next door at Brodie's Marina and the king of hospitality. He gave us a great dock for our boat right in front of the house. He handles everything so well and quickly with grace and wisdom. Thank you to the Brodie family, Riley and staff. We are so grateful that you made us feel right at home.

This house was BEYOND amazing! From start to finish we were extremely happy! The view of the lake is spectacular! The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was so convenient that toiletries were provided. Riley was helpful and accommodating!!!

We had quality family time at this large, beautiful and well appointed property right on the lake. Large windows and covered porch provided constant views of Lake George and we had plenty to do on property - cornhole, ping pong, fire pit. Jon and Riley were very communicative and great to work with.

The manager of Brodies marina -Riley- was amazing and very accommodating and communicative. Having the boat right there was perfect and the staff was very polite and efficient.
The house worked very well and the lake views were wonderful. I would have appreciated knowing however there was another unit rented which was attached to our rental home. It all worked out however.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Lake George property. The windows overlooking the water and the incredible wrap around porch were spectacular and the property was well cared for and well maintained. When we checked in we were notified that the refrigerator had stopped working the night before during a party the owner had on the property and within 2 hours we had a brand new refrigerator installed. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. Just a real gem of a property!

We loved staying at your home. The porch and view were magnificent. We rented boats from your marina and my kids had a great time using them. Service was terrific. The home had everything and more than we needed to cook with. It has a million dollar view. It was so peaceful to seat and rock on your porch and look at the lake and mountains. Beautiful House, Wonderful Owners
The view - we wanted to sit and just look at the lake all day. The house is well maintained, very beautiful and the lovely owners could not do enough to ensure we were well looked after. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you for a lovely 5 day break.

My friends and I loved this house. The huge bay windows with views of the lake and mountains were a great thing to wake up to. We made great use of the wraparound porch and the big yard. The propane fire pit, regular fire pit and grill all added to the experience (and ping pong table was a nice touch!). The rooms were all very nice and the house was in great shape. Convenient boat access as well through John's rental company. Definitely recommend staying here!

My friends and I loved this house. The huge bay windows with views of the lake and mountains were a great thing to wake up to. We made great use of the wraparound porch and the big yard. Right next to a marina which gave some very fun “people watching” experiences as well. Central to the Lake George Village and Bolton Landing and a quick hop onto I 87. There was plenty of room for everyone and they even supplied a crib and a high chair! The dining room was perfect for big family meals. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to cook. The living room has really comfortable furniture. The beds are also soo comfortable. The decor of the house is absolutely beautiful. The huge wrap around porch has corn hole, ping pong, a propane fire pit, a gas grill and tons of great seating. The marina next door is so convenient. We had everything we needed. Great communication with the owners. The location is perfect! Kind of half way between the village and Bolton Landing. We highly recommend this house.

A fire pit (complete with lighter and fire starters- thank you!) made for a wonderful evening of roasting marshmallows. The location- 100 feet from the dock and boat rental facilities- was ideal. There was a minor maintenance problem that was fixed cheerfully in minutes. Can't say enough positive things about this house. This was our first time to Lake George and we will definitely come back. When we do, this will be the first house we look for. We have stayed in several rental locations and our entire family agreed that this was one of the nicest that we have experienced. Thank you !

This is a beautiful property in the best location! This was a girls weekend where 7 of us stayed in the house with ample room for all. Just an FYI....The listing says there is only a Keurig but there was a regular coffee pot under the kitchen counter. Excellent stay and I highly recommend!!

Beautiful property on gorgeous lake George.
We had a fantastic stay on this beautiful Lake George property. It is part of the Marina which worked perfectly for us as we rented a boat for the week and could keep it in the back of the house. The porch in the back is wonderful and overlooks the lake. The owner was helpful and accomodating. We look forward to returning.

The entire Brodie family (owner's of the property) were extremely professional, courteous and attentive.
The house is completely renovated, immaculate, convenient and charming.
Is right on the Lake and has breathtaking Lake views. Being next to the boat rental is a huge advantage as well, as you can walk out of your back door and into your boat
You will definitely be back and already have plans of making this a yearly trip!

Lakeside Paradise
The property is beautiful. Right on the lake, impeccable condition, boat access for rental in any direction. Huge yard for games as we had drinks and corn hole then a swim in the lake. Fire pit for s'mores and night cap. Very quiet and we all slept great. We shall be back!

Absolutely fabulous!!!!
The pictures posted don’t even capture the beauty of the house and the property . My family ( there were 8 adults and 2 small children) had an abundance of space and everything we needed was right at our fingertips... including a high chair and a portable crib. The house was immaculately clean and Christina added wonderful touches , like chocolates on our beds, a welcome basket, and a personalized note. She was readily available to answer all questions. We hope to stay at Brodie’s Lakeside again in the near future. Thanks Christina for an amazing, memory- filled weekend!

Simply perfect!
Such a lovely home and a perfect choice for a wonderful girl’s weekend! From the beginning of this process to the end, Christina was available for any questions and such a gracious host. This home was immaculate and so welcoming. The kitchen and dining room were fantastic to work within and enjoy wonderful meals. The living room and porch so cozy! We did enjoy the fire pit one evening for several hours until the rain shooed us inside. Bedrooms are lovely and so comfortable. Baths excellent. We took a boat ride and were able to see this from the water! We all would highly recommend this lovely home. Already trying to figure out how to get back together soon and come back here! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful spot.

Yearly family reunion
This property is beautiful! Even though the house is centrally located between Lake George and Bolton Landing with tons to do, no one wanted to leave the porch! Morning coffee watching the water and nighttime s'mores watching the stars...it was a beautiful weekend. Christina was a great host, she was quick to respond to any questions and left many thoughtful touches around the home that made our trip feel special.
