Superfreundlich, aber zu warm

Das Personal war supernett und superfreundlich, das Frühstück sehr gut.

Auf der Toilette war keine Klobürste. Abgesehen davon war nur ein Problem und zwar, dass die Klimaanlage schon auf Winter eingestellt war (wir waren Mitte October da), aber wir hatten 27 Grad (Ausnahme im Oktober) und nachts war es zum Schlafen unangenehm. Uns wurde gesagt, dass die Umstellung zweimal im Jahr stattfindet und sie wird von einer Firma durchgeführt. Die Umstellung erfolgte am 13.10.

Si vas a usar el hotel para dormir y desayunar, es suficiente. Solo eso, suficiente

La ubcación es buena si llegas con vehículo propio. Facilidad de aparcamiento en l entorno El desayuno es suficiente y variado. Bien

La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy muy muy justita. El aseo del baño no lo hacen diariamente y más de una e, la ejecución de las camas es bastante deplorable. Es necesario un repaso profudo de la grifería. El primer día me quede con el grifo de la ducha en la mano....

Decadencia de un 4 estrellas

el desayuno de baja calidad, ubicación, lo esperado

hotel catalogado de 4 estrellas al cual le sobran como mínimo una y media, para nada se corresponde con 4 estrellas, lo primero no tiene aparcamiento ni te dan solución, personal muy inexperto parecían nuevos en el sector, la limpieza bien pero como esta todo tan viejo y roto parece sucio y con mal aspecto, como ya he dicho debería de ser un dos estrellas y media. no voy a seguir comentando ya que no sé si va a servir de algo, pero tengo más cositas.

El desayuno del bufete

Yo reservé una habitación con balcón y vistas al mar y me comentaron que eso iría con disponibilidad. Total que cuando llegamos la habitación da a la carretera y cuando se lo dijimos nos dicen que es que no pueden darme esa disponibilidad porque llegamos tarde al Chek a todo esto me pongo a observar el hotel y era tan pequeño que era imposible que se viera el mar hubiera sido más fácil que me dijeran que las habitaciones no dan al mar y menos aún cuando hay que andar 10 minutos y atravesar muchos chalets para llegar a la playa. El segundo día bajamos a la piscina y nos tuvimos que ir porque estaba que daba asco de la suciedad que tenía. La señora de la limpieza nos cogió sin consentimiento de nadie una de las 2 tarjetas que teníamos de la habitación. Nosotros pensando que la habíamos perdido y luego resulta que las señoras de la limpieza cogen cosas de las habitaciones como les da la gana. De los 4 días que estuve ninguno de ellos funcionaba el ascensor por lo tanto fácilmente podríamos tardar 20 minutos en subir a la habitación y siempre y cuando la tarjeta funcionara porque todos los días nos daba fallo y no nos abrían y teníamos que bajar a recepción para que nos la configurara otra vez. Las cenas del bufete me dejaron mucho que desear ya que estoy en el mediterráneo y no veo bien que me ofrezcan un plato de macarrones o de pollo con patatas como plato caliente. De verdad que Roquetas es muy bonito pero en mi próxima visita tengo muy claro que NO pienso elegir esta cadena de hoteles. Por supuesto que acabamos poniendo una hoja de reclamaciones.

Reasonable hotel for easy beach access. Do not expect luxury. Promised a shuttle, this did not happen

The hotel was easy to find, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool was a welcome addition. Lovely friendly pool, animation staff.

The staff weren’t overly friendly, some were but not all. The food at breakfast was below what I’d expect at a 4 star hotel. Some days I chose not to take it.

Decent stay for a budget holiday.

The rooms were good sizes. Had to move mid way into the week because of a leaking shower that poured into the main room and had to be controlled with towels and numerous visits from housekeeping to mop up wet floors. Once moved into the other room view was beautiful size of bedroom and bathroom was perfect.

The bathroom leak that we had to deal with for 2 days until we we’re finally moved to a different room.

Exceptional

Beautiful pool. Fantastic services included free were Pilates, yoga, aqua aerobics all organised by the lovely friendly Chello. She brought great fun to an otherwise quiet retreat. She worked really hard to welcome everyone.

Hot food got cold too quick. A microwave would solve the problem.

Brutal, no sleep, very unfair.

Reception guy and cleaning lady were nice.

No soundproofing!!!!! DO NOT BOOK!! The reception staff in this hotel were very nice, however it stops there. We were positioned in a hallway on the second floor from 11 pm to 3.30 am we were subjected to ongoing noise. It was horrendous! At 5.30 am I booked a different hotel, it was that unbearable. The noise was everywhere above us too someone was clomping around for nearly 2 hours. They refused to refund us for the nights we did not stay so when we say reception staff are nice clearly their managers are not. Our holiday was so expensive because of the mistake of booking this brutal hotel. Rooms are just okay, very dated and tired, it's a reasonable walk to the beach but we didn't mind that if we could have slept.

Very enjoyable few days away.

Food was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room lovely.

The house opposite the room had a barking dog every night. Kept us awake.

It was ok place to stay one night on our trip but I wouldn't stay there for longer time

The hotel was ok. The price included half board so it was a good deal

The pool is much too small for such a big hotel, fake grass looks cheap, the bar is not nice, that is probably why it is almost empty, drinks have good price but that is probably beacuse they use cheaper versions of alcohol, restaurant loud and no tables outside.

It's amazing, I will definitely come back with my Husband.

The birds are always making some sounds at night, at first l was scared but I later found out it was birds. Anyways isn't that bad per say.

Unfortunately, I don’t think I will come back.

The check in time was early, it was great to have the room as soon as we arrived.

The glasses were dirty and the kids were sick after eating. The COVID measurements are not applied and no one follow the 1,5 meters distance.
