The property was great and we all had a great time in Park City. Great location. Beautiful views. But the hot tub was at 64 degrees for 2 days plus a morning before it was fixed. Also, the first night we used the BBQ it didn’t get over 250 degrees and it took about 45 minutes to cook hamburgers. That was disappointing. The BBQ cooked at higher temperatures the following nights. I believe the BBQ was worked on. Overall a great stay but I want a concession for the hot tub and BBQ not working properly.

Great views from the balcony - plenty of room
And more than enough bathrooms for our group

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect house for 2 families to enjoy with plenty of open space and 2 car garage. Kids loved the outdoor hot tub at night. Everyone at iTrip was very helpful and responsive. Lots of stairs in the house (3 levels) so would not recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs.
Walking distance to the mountain but on a hill. Parking is also easily accessible.
Would highly recommend for any families or larger group looking to enjoy Park City.

Of course we love PC and like being so close.
Our kitchen however has far too few large pans & pots. That’s unusual in ski rental properties. All we have are a few small fry pans $ a medium pot. Meal prep for our mid sized group of 6 is quite challenging. At minimum we need a 12-14” skillet & and large pasta boiling pot.

We had a fantastic trip to Park City. We stayed in both townhomes and they couldn't have been better for our group. The location was a short walk to the lift and to town.

Spacious, beautiful and location as described. But we encountered trash from the previous customers not taken out until the 5th day of our stay, dirty cups and towels with major foundation Stains.

Stayed during the holidays with my wife & 5 kids (ages 14 - 22). Location was excellent, ~200yds. to the lifts, downhill on the way there & uphill on the way home. House was nice, but felt old & musty. Listing said the bathrooms were all renovated, but there was mold & cracks reminiscent of a remodel from 15+ years ago; the renovations did not seem recent. Plenty of space for 7 people, could've easily slept 2 more without feeling crowded. Management company struggled. The check-in instructions were totally wrong, telling us to use a keypad where there wasn't one, plus giving us the wrong entry code altogether. No key was provided, had to enter & exit through the garage door & no garage-door-opener was provided. Someone had to jump out of the car each time we wanted to pull in or out of the garage, pretty weak at this price-point. Someone came in the garage without telling us (using the code) to take out the garbage, which would've been great if they let us know, but instead scared my daughters on the bottom floor! one of the worst management companies we've dealt with, not impressed.

The Park City ski house was nice. It had a lot of room and was ~5 minutes walking from the lift. The house is on a hill, so going to the slope is downhill and coming back is uphill.
The house is ~15-20 minutes walking from Main St so you’ll likely need to Uber anywhere. Also, Ubers sometimes have a little difficulty finding the place because it’s up the hill.
The place was 4.5 stars (great spot but the hot tub was dirty). I’m giving 4 stars only because I thought the customer service could be improved. Despite the property not being reserved for multiple days before our stay, we were charged $25/hr for an earlier check-in. I requested the rationale for the fee, but none was provided - likely a nickel & dime exercise.

Place was great, grill a bit small for the size of unit. Thought it was ski in and out. Its is just a short ride to parking lot at the base.

Perfect Ski Getaway
This townhome suited our party of 8 perfectly. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, well equipped, hot tub and great view of town and mountains from the living room. A 10 min walk downhill to PC base and ski in on your way back. Great location close to the base and Main Street. We could have used towels for the hot tub and many light bulbs were out in the bathrooms but otherwise no complaints. Management company was helpful and responsive. Would stay here again.

As described and convenient
the property is as pictured and well stocked. Easy to get down to road but a bit more strenuous getting back - glad we left skies at valet. Plenty of room for 7 of us and especially loved the big dining table where we had all our meals and played games. Enjoyed the hot tub and internet worked well. Green carpet throughout needs to be replaced - bunches in spots and place could have been a bit cleaner (eg dishwasher was full, trash piled in garage).

1195 Lowell
The house was great. We had 8 people staying at the house and we were very comfortable. We also had two other families over each night for games, and it was perfect. The house is close to the main Park City Mountain lift and just a few minutes from Main Street as well.

Great location
This condo location is wonderful and is a close walk to Main Street and Park City Resort, Very clean and lots of room for a family of six. There are quite a few stairs so elderly needs to be aware. No problems with our family stay. We enjoyed the hot tub.

Nice comfortable well located house
Our annual ski pilgrimage with the guys was stellar in Park City. The home was nicely laid out and had plenty of space for large gatherings to entertain. We were able to park the Escalade in the garage. The hot tub was hot and bedrooms were well furnished with multiple baths.
Access to the PC’s parking lot is 2 blocks away. Also 2-3 blocks away are fun spots to visit on main - Alpine Pie (Checkout the basement for the distillery), Crystal Park Cantina, High West, etc.
Con’s: firmer pillows and upgrade the coffee maker (old).

Great Rental, Prime Location
I rented this lodge and two others as part of a birthday celebration to come out to Park City for the weekend. It was extremely convenient in it's distance to Park City Mountain and very walkable to lots of restaurants and attractions.
The lodges were extremely nice with great views of the city and mountains in the distance. The lodges were equipped with everything we needed from towels, dishes, washers/dryers, hot tubs, etc. It was an epic weekend with our group of 30 and we certainly plan to go back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at 1195 Lowell avenue in Park City we enjoyed that accommodations and would like to come back.
the hot tub wasn't working when we arrived but they took care of the problem in an efficient manner.
1 things I would work on is returning calls.if you say in 20 minutes to return the calls in 20 minutes and make sure the customer receives an answer. Other than that it was truly an enjoyable experience thank you

Great house and location. Everything was excellent - I believe construction should be done for winter and that was our only real complaint. (Nothing against the house at all) We would happily stay again!

Wonderful place
We were here in the middle of July. The place was very nice and clean. You do have to be ok with stairs there are plenty of them in this home. We had no trouble checking in or getting quick responses from property management, they were very helpful. We did not rent a car and if you are ok with walking hills then you are fine, which we were. We also did not have trouble accessing Ubers from the house. All the bedrooms had large fans which was nice for the warmer evenings. The bathrooms had hairdryers, which was not stated in the description so that was nice to see. Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend it.

The property is well appointed and it's location is very good.
The property is well appointed and in a very good location. There were 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 teenagers. There was plenty of room for each of us. The only item that allows me to give it a 4 star rather than a 5 star is the internet. It was extremely slow and 3/4th of the time completely unable to use.
8.0 / 10.0
We would have given 5 stars except the wi-fi/internet was awful.
We would have given 5 stars except the wi-fi/internet was awful. It was very slow and we often could not connect. The passcode we were given asked us for information that was not provided. The experience with the house was great and we would lease again when the internet is fixed.

Mud season luxury
Excellent stay for a group of hockey players participating in the muddy puck coed ice hockey tournament. The condo was plenty spacious, clean, and modern enough.

Great time with the family for a wedding in Park City.
Great time with the family for a wedding in Park City. We took both 1177 and 1195 - so great to have that much room and yet be close enough to hang out. Thanks for your hospitality.

Worked out Perfectly!
We rented this property for a family wedding. We also rented the property next door (1177 Lowell) for even more family. Ideal! Both places were very spacious, and connected by a catwalk at the main floor. Plenty of bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms - critical for wedding prep.
Something those of you dealing with physical limits need to know - this house (like many houses in Park City) is built into a mountain. There were 3 1/2 levels, and several flights of stairs. Grandma was challenged and always needed help to move from one floor to another. There are two nice bedrooms on the first floor (only 3 stairs to access those) but the most accessible shower is on the main floor (another 8 stairs). We made it work because we had several able-bodied adults to help navigate.
If stairs aren't an issue, this is a great place with a great location. Highly recommend.

Great condo
This is a phenomenal condo! Plenty of space for at least 8 people to stay comfortably. We all loved the layout and furnishings; it was so nice we wanted to just stay in the condo the whole time. Great views over the town of Park City and a nice private hot tub on the back deck. Easily walkable to town (about 10 minutes), but not ideal if you can't handle stairs or a somewhat steep hill. Short walk to the mountain base/lifts, although not very practical if there's a lot of snow (there is a shortcut that uses some steep, narrow stairs) and too far to walk in ski boots. Will definitely want to stay here again!

Perfect in every way!
This home is located close to everything and was a perfect place for 9 of us to stay and enjoy the fun activities Park City has to offer. We walked less than a 1/4 of a mile to the Lift Ticket window and chair lifts by the Marriott. A short walk to Main Street and we were surrounded by fun shopping, restaurants, and even a great music venue.

Loved the home!
Great place to stay, loved that it went right up to the mountain! Family friendly, and very roomy!
