Ms. Terry was awesome. The unit had every little detail covered, even down to cotton balls in the bath. Highly recommend this unit. Location is fantastic right in the middle of downtown Ypsi. Visit the Tap Room also across the street. Very nice owner of that establishment. 5star for sure.

We needed a place near Ann Arbor and wanted to see what Ypsilanti had to offer. This B&B was super clean and check in/out was easy. We loved the location in downtown. We walked to a bakery for breakfast and explored the shops. My kids loved the games and books that were in the place. Thanks for a great weekend!

We live local and decide to come to ypsi to celebrate our anniversary. The location is perfect for us. Just have a good time and not have to worry about driving. The apartment was super cute and clean also beds were very comfortable.
Terrie added all of the great touches with a bottle of wine to celebrate and a card. Also have snacks available which out of the perfect touch.

Such a cute place and the host makes it easy to access. We felt like we were visiting friends, welcomed with a bottle of wine, a basket of treats and a fridge with some basics like bottled water and coffee creamer, really thoughtful! The space is VERY clean, and I'm picky about that. We only used the front bedroom (the Hollywood themed one) and the bed was very comfortable! It was a little noisy when the bars closed but nothing that bad (and earplugs/noise machine are supplied if you think it would bother you). The back bedroom is probably quieter. There are good places to eat nearby (Bobcat Bonnie's had a fabulous brunch!), cute shops and some bars. I honestly can't think of anything the host didn't think of that could have made it nicer, and we'll stay here again the next time we visit.

This was so cute. The place was clean, more than I expected in general. I absolutely plan on staying again on future visits. Everything was easy, clean, and it was just plain cute. The location is fantastic if you're doing anything in Ypsi or Ann Arbor. Highly, highly recommend!

My brother & I stayed here for our annual college football trip. The place was spacious & convenient to Detroit, the airport, & Ann Arbor. Other than it being a bit dated, everything was great.

This is a great little get-away in close proximity to both Detroit and Ann Arbor. We loved the cute little town too.

Won’t stay again
Property manager was great , place wasn’t that bad there was a big crack on the window of the Hollywood room that leaked air . We got interrupted by the next door guest middle of the night banging on the wall ruined the night with the wife . It’s an old building right on top of the road and you can hear all the noises from outside but location wasn’t bad it was close to everything so we could walk to places . I wouldn’t stay at the place again . Positive was the property manager she was great .

Clean + Fun
We enjoyed a 3-night stay at this property and had so much fun! It was welcoming, clean + had many details that brought smiles + joy after a long day of traveling. There were snacks, drinks, a stocked kitchen, clean linens + towels and plenty of places to rest. The natural lighting + decorative details made it so much fun. We had one opportunity where communication with our host was necessary. It was fast, helpful and very accommodating! Thank you for such a pleasant stay in a beautiful area.

Very Seamless Stay
We were in town for the Michigan football in Ann Arbor, just about 20 minutes away. It was a perfect spot for us. Easy access, seamless check-in, plus the apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely look to stay there again if we made a return trip.

Lovely and large space
This was a last minute booking and it was perfect. Large apartment with two bedrooms and one bath. The kitchen was stocked with more goodies than I've ever experienced! There is some street noise, but the white noise machine did the trick. Thank you for accommodating me and I look forward to future stays.

Great second story Loft
Great second story Loft:
The owner obviously pays attention to sweet little details in every room. Nice snacks And drinks for my kids, Very nice fresh towels in the bathroom. It is an older property but this is what gives it its charm.

Stay was terrible took a while to find the place, no privacy and constantly having problems
There’s no privacy at all with how thin the walls are. Neighbors stereotyping and owner/ property manger kept giving us trouble.

Great Area of Ypsi
The charming apartment felt like a destination itself. We ordered out but ate at the Vrbo. It was the perfect place to stay for the weekend.

Great location in Ypsi with easy 18 min drive to downtown Ann Arbor
The pictures for this little spot don't do it any justice! Beautiful little gem hidden in plain sight.
Directions to the place and for getting in were easy and literally anything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay here again! It felt like our home away from home.

Amazing!
My stay was amazing! It was easy to locate, very clean and quiet. I rented the space to have a nice weekend alone with my husband for his birthday. She left a small gift for him which I appreciate cause she really didn't have to. Everything pictured about the house was just like seeing it in person. I would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Lots of character, with all that entails
We had 4 adults and an infant and stayed for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay, and it was a good value for the cost. We are not familiar with Ypsilanti, and the neighborhood was a little tougher than we anticipated, including a Marijuana dispensary directly downstairs with associated aromas wafting into the apartment, but we felt perfectly secure inside the apartment itself. The building is old, which brings with it pluses and minuses including lots of architectural character but also some wonky things like doors that don’t close well. Check in process and cleanliness were great.

Great location.
The property was exactly as described. Everything we wanted to do in Ypsilanti was easily within walking distance. The only problem we had was because there is no dedicated parking spots it was difficult finding a place to park when we arrived on a Friday evening. However, once we settled in we didn’t need to use our vehicles so it did not detract much from our stay. I would definitely try to stay here again if I visit Ypsilanti in the future.

Roomy apartment in old Ypsi
This space worked extremely well for our group attending a music camp at EMU. 4 minutes from campus, 5 min from I94, and 20 min from downtown AA. Nice section of old Ypsi, restaurants and shops are right there. 4 min to Walgreens. 7 to Kroger or Fresh Thyme. The bedrooms were very large and could have even handled children on air matresses if you bring your own. Kitchen good, big tv, even has washer and dryer. Please be aware the building is quite
old. Though every effort has been made to make the apartment cosmetically nice, there a couple decrepit corners. Some street noise from a parking lot below. If you need the Hilton, maybe this isn't your placed, but we found it to be a great value for 4-6 under one roof with easy access to anything you could possibly need. Good communication from host before arrival.
