we had a nice stay in Gatlinburgh. location is good, staff very nice. rooms were cleaned daily!

Nice stay but price was high 😵‍💫

Not for a heavy breakfast eater but was fine for me! Front desk cookies & lemonade were nice!

Price - Low water pressure for shower and ice maker on our floor was not working 🥺

Convenient location to the Smokey and hardwood floor are big pluses

Most of breakfast items were out of stocked by Tuesday and Wednesday. Muffins and kid’s cereals were no where to found on those days.

Another great stay.

Love the location right in the heart of town. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The view of the water from or balcony was awesome.

very well located and no carpets in the rooms.

not a big issue but hotel’s reception was not friendly, no welcome, no hints, no talk, you never expect that especially when you have kids with you. They even didn’t mention the breakfast was complimentary.

Not the cozy accommodations you might expect from the photos.

"Lodge" ambience was just ok. Location is convenient to Crockett's Breakfast Camp, which is a plus.

Horrible ice-cold harsh white LED lighting in the room completely destroys any cozy atmosphere it might have had. Apparently whoever chose them simply didn't care, or didn't know that LED bulbs are available in warm colors. Lack of carpet or rugs in the room adds to the non-coziness. Heating system pretty noisy, walls transmit sound from nearby rooms. If you're expecting a nice view because you paid extra for a "stream" room, be aware that the view is of another hotel 30 feet away on the other side of the stream.

Excellent stay

Everything from the ease of the reservation to the checkout. These folks have the best customer service that I have encountered in a while. We will definitely be back. We asked to change rooms simply for a balcony access and they made it happen with NO problem at all. Very accommodating
