About this apartment rental

Completely renovated end unit condo on the bayside in the heart of Beach Haven. New upgrades include brand-new washer and dryer, two zone air conditioning units, and new Pergo flooring in main living area. As of 2023, new paint throughout the unit, new furniture including bedroom furniture, mattresses and sofas, new outdoor patio furniture, upgraded kitchen with quartz countertops and more. First floor features large living room for hanging out with friends and family at the end of a beach day (2 sofas, both are queen pull out beds with brand-new memory foam mattresses), newly renovated eat-in-kitchen with table for 4, plus additional counter seating at the island, 1 bedroom (full size bed and twin trundle bed with brand new mattresses) 1 full newly renovated bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the master bedroom (queen bed, twin size futon) with another full bathroom with shower/tub combo, oversized closets and a brand new washer/dryer. Large driveway for parking up to 4 cars off street. Back patio with table and chairs for outdoor entertaining, an outdoor shower, barbecue, propane fire pit and 2 beach cruiser bikes for adults. Walkable to ALL of Beach Havens attractions. Best restaurants on the island - Buckalews, Station 117, Tucker’s Tavern, Black Whale, Chicken or the Egg, Uncle Will's, Parker’s Garage. Walkable to Bay Village and Fantasy Island, Ben & Jerrys, Mini Golf, Shopping etc. Full grocery and liquor store on the corner of our street. Beach is a 10 minute walk and can cross the Blvd at a light. Lots of public parking also available at the beach and public restrooms are one block over. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Post COVID19 - we are no longer offering linens for sanitary and safety reasons. Please bring your own pillows, sheets, blankets and towels. Please contact me if you'd like to rent linens from our cleaning service.

I traveled w 9 year old grandson, son and my husband. Plenty of room. Nice to eat outside on big picnic table. Great place if you have little kids. Stocked w kid stuff. 10 min walk to beach - faster for non seniors. 5 min to town. 5 min to marina and great restaurants. So location very good. Cons: grill grates need to be replaced - rusty. Didn’t like having to bring all bedding including blankets, pillows etc I’ve been told it’s an LBI thing, but it made work for me. But mostly, I enjoyed Sam’s place!

We had an enjoyable 3 night stay the week after Labor Day. LBI was still in the summer mode, as all shops and restaurants were open. The condo is comfortable and clean. It wasn't as spacious as a couple of previous renters described it, in particular, the downstairs bedroom is cramped.. And the back patio is not private, as described. The steep stairs up to the 2nd floor bedroom are a little difficult to navigate. And virtually nothing in the way of essentials is provided --- not even garbage bags. That said, the living area is very comfortable, as is the bed upstairs. The host has taken a lot of pride in decorating the rooms. The TV setup is outstanding for watching live shows and streaming. The downstairs and outdoor showers are fabulous. The kitchen has been upgraded and looks very attractive. The parking in the driveway (could fit 3-4 cards) is roomy which is a bonus considering the prime location and proximity to the stores and restaurants.

We went for a quick get away with another couple. Second bedroom bedding would be better with 2 twin beds. Difficult to get in and out of the bed if they are two people. Also cleaning fee should include taking care of the sheets and towels once they are put in the washer. Everything worked in the house and we had a very nice time.

Given the location, just a quick walk from everything- the beach, Buckalew’s, and all of the Beach Haven attractions- this house was sure to be a hit with any family. But what really makes this place special is the house itself. Nestled on a quiet street near the bay, it is the perfect blend of central location and restful retreat at the end of a long day. The house feels much larger inside- due to the high ceilings and thoughtful arrangement- than it appears from the street, and there was more than enough room for our family of 4 and my visiting parents. The house itself is well appointed and has everything one could need for an extremely comfortable week. Most importantly, it feels like a home, which is unmistakably due to the owners, who clearly take great pride in the house and in sharing it with guests. Samantha was extremely helpful and informative leading up to our stay, which set a welcoming tone for a great week for all of us. Overall, we have nothing but good things to say about our experience, and thanks to Samantha and her family for a perfect week at the beach!
