The hotel is lovely. Fun to walk around and take in. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
The hotel bar was a bit underwhelming. The atmosphere is great but the service was slow and I've had better drinks.
4.3
it was unique and the staff were friendly. loved the valet too.
I’d prefer two mirrors in the room. in case two women need to get ready at same time.
4.3
I didn’t do breakfast

Beautiful property. Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly.
The rooms are really nice - great styling and good amenities.
Location is fantastic.
Nice rooftop bar.
Valet Parking staff - some of them had some real attitude when you were pulling up to offload/load bags.
Elevator sometimes stank as though someone had thrown up.
Bar staff could make an effort to be more welcoming and friendly - little uptight ...

location
room had cooking fumes wafting in, small pokey room, quite dreary

supa cute & fun!

The interior is gorgeous and most of the amenities were great. The showers were hot and had beautiful design as well.
The elevator got confused frequently because there was only one for rooftop access and one specifically for guests. If you're able, I'd highly suggest walking instead of using the elevator.
Paying $45 a DAY for parking is absurd. The rooms were already pretty pricey (which I understand for the area.. gentrification and whatnot), but $45 a day for parking (and the attendant wasn't really present at night) doesn't even make sense.
Lastly there was no fridge in the room which I didn't realize.. that was a bit inconvenient.

lovely place to stay. great bar , staff and restaurant. handy to be near ponce city too
have stayed 3 times before
the walls are thin so you can hear other rooms
4.3
Nice room and bathroom. Nice restaurant and bar down stairs
The surroundings are a bit lacking. The city market is a saving grace
4.3
The style was cool. The bed was comfy. Water pressure was solid
One of the valet parkers was obnoxious and rude (light skinned black guy with a long beard) so I didn't use valet parking as a result.

very nice and clean boutique hotel

It was a nice atmosphere!
They only offered valet parking, which was not mentioned.

The staff could not have been nicer, from the valets outside to the front desk staff to the waitstaff and bartenders at the very busy bar. They exuded excitement and a desire to help. The room is lovely.
It is very loud at night, with noise from the front door, the parking lot next door, and the street. The hotel appears to know this -- our room included a white-noise generator and two sets of earplugs -- and it was ultimately tolerable, and quiet by 1am on Saturday, but it's pretty loud until then.
4.3
Good sunset view from roof.
Aloof staff, worn hotel with dirty carpets, very loud due to it being an entertainment venue, terrible coffee, expensive for the illusion of cool that it is.

the style

I wish there were a microwave, refrigerator and the beds weren't hard other than that everything else was good
The beds were too hard and the fact there was no microwave or fridge

The room is nicely appointed and the shower with the toiletries was lovely. The night valet was amazing. The food from Tiny Lou’s was great. The night valet was super accommodating when I explained that I was having car difficulties with my battery and power steering just as I pulled into the valet area. He told me it would all be okay as my car died right as I came to a stop at the stop he directed me.
I asked for late checkout and paid an additional fee, only to be woken up by housekeeping who didn’t know I had late checkout. The valet saw that I had all of my bags and my hands full with items after clearing it all myself from the luggage cart. He never asked if he could take anything to help me and instead kept asking for proof of my valeted car. I couldn’t grow a new arm to get my cell phone from my pocket and said repeatedly that I didn’t have a free hand to get my phone. He just continued to ask for proof of my valet. I walked arms full to my car, set all of my belongings on the ground and came back to him at the hotel entrance with my phone and proof of valet. After determining that I was not trying to steal my car, he looked at the sets of keys and mine did not have the hotel tag with matching number from my valet text. I pointed to the keys and said that they were mine. He wasn’t going to give them to me because they didn’t have the corresponding number I’d shown with my valet confirmation text. I then had to explain that my friends had come to help with changing my battery and that the tag was likely removed. He finally suddenly remembered that my car had in fact been the one that some folks came to work on just an HOUR before. He gave me the keys and asked if needed any help. Help with what? I was no longer in need to assistance as I’d done all the heavy lifting on my own, which he could clearly see from the absence of items in my hands/strapped to my body and because he watched me as I carried it to my car just give minutes before. Hotel refunded the extra charge for extended checkout but would not take anything off of parking fee.

I loved the rooftop bar! The staff was exceptional. It was such a comfortable stay, and I didn't even get to explore the entire hotel.
I will stay again!
Nothing, it was perfect !
4.3
location, ease of checkin, host at checkin was outstanding.
Our room was tiny!!!! It wasn’t worth what we paid.

the noise from the night club

Really Great location.
Interesting style.
A true Atlanta landmark.
Roof bar really good - view fantastic.
Free parking on street at side of hotel.
Fascinating history and a legendary strip club in the basement (albeit, not attached to the hotel itself).
You have to like the hotel's particular style, which is retro and very 60s, in terms of the room. Great for a night or two, but annoying after a while, I suspect.
No breakfast facilities is very disappointing, and not made up for by the free coffee, which was bitter and unpleasant.
Staff were very friendly, but not always on the ball - I asked the front desk for a bellboy, for our luggage... they forgot. I ended up having to get the bellboy myself.
Also, valet parking at $45 per day plus tip, is wickedly expensive, considering that there is free parking at the side of the hotel...
