Superb

compare with normal hotel of Denmarkthe price is much cheaper.Free parking with nice owner

without elevator but only 2 floor. without air conditioner

Highly recommend!

Very nice and responsive host, great apartment, well maintained. Extra nice: bike during stay included! Public transport nearby.

Bike could have been in better shape. You have to expect other ppl in the house with shared hallway.

ok short term stay

the apartment is big and has a lovely terrace with a big garden. the owner also gave us the bikes which was super useful to get around the city

the bathroom is on the hallway (shared hallway with the ones from top floor). the cleaning was not done right, the fridge had a bad smell and all the stuff in the kitchen need to be cleaned again as there was dirt

The host Mr Kaveh was exceptionally nice and helpful!

I was visiting Aarhus University and the location was exceptional. It was also very close to the park near the beach where one cal walk and rest :-)

Kavehs place is great! Huge, very nice located and has everything one needs to stay for a week. And the beds are really comfortable. He is a great host and always there for us when we needed something!

A had a nice stay and with good value for my money

Despite being in a basement the room and my stay was comfortable and value for the money

I was pleased with my stay but noticed some ongoing repairs that did appear to be worked on by the staff

Very good apartment located in northern Aarhus.

Very good apartment located in northern Aarhus, close to Risskov forrest, university, and shopping facilities. Easy access whether by car, bicycle, or bus. Spacious rooms: kitchen area with dining table, living room with tv (many channels) and large bed, bathroom on same floor at the entrance, for use by apartment guests only.

We stayed with 3 people in a large appartment and we enjoyed sitting outside after a long day out.

Plenty of room, including a yard and deck chairs

Smelly, not clean dishes, towels smelled unfresh, high pitched tone every time we switched on the Light inthe bathroom

Highly recommended place

Very nice apartment, lots of space, very convenient. Shared kitchen but there were not so many other people there so no problem. There were towels, some soap and shampoo.

There are some stairs so this might be a problem when you have a heavy suitcase or a trolley.

Hospitality and comfort near Aarhus city center

We appreciated our host’s hospitality and his spacious ground floor level and garden (free upgrade). The house is in easy cycling distance from Aarhus fascinating city centre. Recommended.
