About this apartment rental

Apartment ideally located 5 minutes walk from the port, the market halls, the historic center, restaurants crossing the garden of Garenne.
Quiet in a small residence with lift.
Private parking space.
20 minutes walk from the train station.
8 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot (very pleasant walk along the harbor) from the ferry terminal where boats leave for the islands of the Gulf.

Completely renovated, perfectly equipped.
New fitted kitchen, living room, bedroom with bed 160, bathroom, separate toilet, entrance, balcony.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
In the kitchen you will find the basic products (oil, vinegar, salt, spices, flour, coffee filters, garbage bags ...). Induction hobs, electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, fridge + small freezer, tea towels.

We do not charge a cleaning fee but we ask you to make the apartment clean.

This studio apartment was perfect for our 21 day stay in Vannes. It was close to the Port/Historic center, had convenient parking and, while compact, was designed to provide a very comfortable and functional environment. The kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony was a great place to sip a glass of wine at the end of a long day in town. The host and hostess, Veronique and Alain, were superb. They went out of their way to answer our questions and provide advice both before we arrived and during our stay. A special effort was made by Alain to help us resolve an erroneous credit card charge we received for a gasoline purchase. We are grateful to both of them for their efforts to help us.

Véronique was extremely helpful and answered any inquiries immediately. We lacked for nothing. I was pleased that the kitchen included many pots and pans and some spices since we like to dine-in. Two buses stop right outside the building, so it was very convenient for us not to have to climb from the old city up to the apartment.

Wir sind herzlich von Veronique und Alain empfangen worden. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen. Alles sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet! Idealer Standort zum Ausschwärmen, sowohl für Vannes, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis dans un appartement chaleureux, dont la décoration soignée et éclectique nous a fait voyager...des vacances avec le confort comme à la maison! Une très bonne première expérience pour nous.

Merci à Veronique pour son accueil très sympathique. L appartement est très bien équipé, confortable dans une résidence très calme proche du centre historique et des commerces. Beaucoup de belles découvertes à faire en ville et dans le golfe, à pied ou en vélo pour les courageux ou en bateau et voitures. Nous avons passé une très bon séjour et y séjournerons certainement dans les prochaines années.
