About this apartment rental
This 3-level condo is a great space that is bright and sunny with open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and hardwood floors, and all the rooms are bright and white. It's spacious (1165 square feet) and conveniently located in a highly desirable and well-maintained condominium complex. The setting is a peaceful and quiet on a private-way and still so close to Commercial Street and the heart of Provincetown.
MAIN LEVEL:
The living room, dining area and kitchen with dishwasher, full-size stove and full-size refrigerator are on the main level along with a half bath/laundry room with full size front-loading washer and dryer. The kitchen was completely renovated in spring 2022 with new cabinets, Bosch appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. There is a large 50" smart TV in the living room, cable, Wi-Fi, DVD player and Bose Soundlink Bluetooth speaker.
Sliders off the dining area open to a large deck with a nice seating area, table & chairs. There is a Weber gas grill on a patio just at the bottom of the deck stairs.
UPPER LEVEL:
From the main level, go up a flight to a full bedroom which is an open loft-style, private room with a queen bed (memory foam mattress), love seat, 32" Smart TV, large dresser, large closet and private, full bath with full tub/shower and updated vanity.
LOWER LEVEL:
From the main level, go down one flight to a private bedroom which is extra-large with a queen bed, sleep sofa, 40" Smart TV, large dresser, huge closet and private, full bath with full tub/shower and an updated vanity.
A new mini-split system for central air conditioning and heat was installed on all 3 levels in the fall of 2022. The system is quiet and efficient!
The layout of this condo is great because the bedrooms are on the upper and lower levels which provides separate living spaces for guests with the main living area in the middle. There are no other units above or below you which makes your stay quiet and private!
Deeded parking for 1 car onsite is included. Pleasant 4-minute walk to Bradford Street and 5-minute walk to Commercial Street. Short cuts take you to you directly to the center of town in 5 minutes!
Please note:
* Rentals during high season are weekly, Saturday to Saturday.
* Rentals are for up to 4 people maximum - this is strictly enforced.
* The association is quiet and peaceful. Entertaining is fine, but please, no house parties or late-night gatherings!

A State & Local Room Occupancy Tax went into effect for rentals in MA beginning on July 1, 2019. The new law expanded the state’s hotel and motel tax to include the short-term rental of homes (condominiums, single family, multifamily, etc.). Massachusetts was one of the last states to adopt this type of tax. These are the same taxes previously levied only on hotels, inns and guesthouses. VRBO will collect and remit these taxes.

Ptown is one of my favorite places in the world, and Glenn's home is no exception. The design and amenities of this home is top notch. Very comfortable beds. Looking to cook at home? BBQ? He has you covered. Having three bathrooms and laundry was certainly a plus! A very easy walk into town. Glenn provides all the info on this property to you in advance so that you have full directions on everything. We enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you, Glenn!

This was the best rental- a hidden gem just minutes from the hub hub of Commercial Street. We have been to Ptown for years and years and did not know if this small development. The condo was beautifully designed and decorated and well stocked for just about anything. The layout is perfect for family, friends or two sets of couples. Nice indoor and outdoor space. The owner answered all of our questions and was very hospitable. We would definitely return.

We had a great time staying at this well appointed condo. Glenn was a breeze to communicate with and was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

This rental home is convenient, comfortable and accommodating for your stay in Ptown. The main floor living area is the quintessential Cape Cod rental. It’s also been beautifully renovated with its original charm so it contains a beautiful kitchen with open floor concept, light, airy, and exposed wood beams reaching up to the third floor and loft bedroom. The entire townhome is renovated and you will feel at home here. Glenn, the host, provides excellent communication and will answer everything and more. Additionally, you are very close to Stop & Shop, CVS and Commercial Street.

We had such a wonderful stay at Glenn’s condo. It is such a lovely home. Super comfortable, bright, airy, and very thoughtfully stocked and organized with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the kitchen/living area has been beautifully updated with really nice touches. The outdoor deck was lovely, especially at sunset! The location of the unit was perfect. Close to Bradford and Commercial but also tucked away in a quiet complex which provided some peace and relaxation when we needed it. Glenn was an excellent host. Kind, communicative, friendly, and super helpful. 5/5 stars, two thumbs up! We will definitely be back. Thank you Glenn!

Nice condo for two people or two couples to share with separate space. The updated kitchen was lovely. And the property manager was very attentive and helpful, proactively keeping us informed as necessary.

We loved our stay in this home. The house was large and flooded with natural light. The neighborhood was perfectly located - close to everything but quiet and tucked away in a charming little community.

I recently stayed at this condo during the 4th of July week, and all I can say is WOW! The property has everything you need, including a nice patio with a grill, in-unit laundry, and top-notch kitchen appliances! It’s tucked away in a quiet spot in Provincetown but very convenient to local shops, restaurants and commercial street via walking or a quick bike ride. Finally, Glenn (the owner) delivers tremendous service, which creates tremendous value for his guests. He answers questions promptly and makes the reservation process incredibly seamless! I highly recommend Glenn and this gem to anyone looking for comfort in an excellent location. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had a wonderful week. The unit is spacious and updated. The new kitchen is gorgeous and a plus. Fancy appliances. The common areas are spacious. The bedrooms also. We enjoyed the memory foam mattress in the upstairs bedroom. Would stay here again. Everything is reasonably close.

This property was exactly as described. Close enough to walk to everything and far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Glen was a great host, very helpful, and very accommodating. The house was super clean and nicely equipped with everything that we needed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

We loved this condo! The space was well designed, pleasant, and FULLY equipped. One bedroom upstairs and the other downstairs made for good privacy. The deck offered comfortable seating and an eating table. The location was quiet but within easy walking distance of most Ptown features. Bruce was an attentive and helpful host. No complaints.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this property and it was everything we needed. It’s close enough to the center of town yet far enough away if you want a quiet night at home.

An airy condo with comfy, modern furniture and a convenient location. So nice to have a completely empty fridge and cabinets when arriving! We were just two but there's abundant space for two couples or a family, with bedrooms on separate floors. It's tucked away and really quiet, which was perfect for sleeping, and still only 7 minutes walk to Commercial & Dyer and 9 minutes to Far Land. Very well-organized, everything works, and communication with the owner was easy and friendly. Great value all around. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful week in Provincetown. Super clean and comfortable condo with lots of space and amenities. Our host was exceptional!

Glenn’s place is ideal. Instructions for self-check in were clear and the location was perfect for us: in walking distance to everywhere, but removed enough so there was peace and quiet. We were “just” a couple, so there was ample room. We didn’t use the parking space or second bedroom/bath at all (except to store our suitcases ;-). It is a light-filled home, furnished with all the necessities. The kitchen and living room space is a perfect place to hang out in the mornings or when you’ve had enough sun. We enjoyed the outdoor space throughout the day – for coffee or a glass of wine, though one could easily eat there or just relax with a book. Glenn was amazingly helpful throughout the whole process: from booking to departure. Easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and accommodating. We had some concerns about our early arrival, and Glenn organized things in a way that worked for all. We’re just sorry we didn’t get to meet him! We can wholeheartedly recommend Glenn’s condo, and hope to return someday ;-)

We loved our stay! It was mostly cool and rainy but it still was wonderful to be cozy in our condo. It was one of the best equipped most comfortable vacation rentals we ever had. Excellent location for accessing town and beaches and nice and quiet in the neighborhood.

Had a wonderful 10 day stay at Glenn’s place. Condo was exactly as described and equipped with everything you could possibly think of needing while away. The space was perfect for sharing with a friend. The location is quiet and serene while still being close to the action. Glenn was an excellent host who communicated quickly and always providing detailed helpful responses. Will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was spacious, well appointed and clean. Glenn was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive in answering questions and checking in to make sure everything was in order to ensure a great week in Provincetown. We'll be back!

Me, my partner and my parents (4 adults total) spent a fabulous week at Glenn's condo in Provincetown. Location was GREAT-- 2 blocks from the main drag/ Commercial St, less than 3 miles from Race Point Beach, walking distance to the town beach and 1 mile from the grocery store. The condo is bigger than it appears in the listing-- the layout allows 2 couples to have enough room to socialize in the common areas (with a HUGE, comfy couch) and also to have their own private space. The condo was spotless upon arrival and is totally STOCKED. Everything you could possibly think you might need is there-- and even more on top of that. My only comment is regarding the beach chairs at the condo-- Glenn graciously provides 4 beach chairs but they are all low sitting chairs-- perhaps not the most comfortable if you have seniors in your group. I would totally stay at Glenn's condo again-- probably one of the best values in Provincetown. Communication with Glenn was fantastic leading up to our trip--- he was so gracious and accommodating in helping our party feel safe, comfortable and prepared during the "uncertain" 2020 summer season.
