Franco is a great host and breakfast was good.
The location is fairly close to centre and
Ercolano Scavi site ca 20 min on foot.
It's very good value for the rate.
The motorway beyond the garden and terrace
was the only negative point.

Our host could't do enough for us. Breakfast was sensational wouldn't go hungry. Room was generous clean and comfortable.

The owner was nice, beds were comfortable and the house has a private parking (although is not hard to find a parking on the street).
Good for a short stay if you go to the Vesuvius.
Our bedroom had fungus on the ceiling and smelled a bit like mold.
For some reason, people had different treatment on the breakfast. There's no option on booking to choose a different kind of breakfast. We only had a packed croissant, jam and coffee, while some others had fresh bread, boiled eggs and a plate of cheese.

The owner is very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Good for visiting Vesuvius and Herculaneum.

The room was very clean and big. The parking within a safe and close area is what makes the difference. The location is convenient for visiting the surrounding cities and attractions.
There is a motorway nearby so there could be some noise. There is air conditioning so there is no need to keep the windows open. I slept very well .

The owner was so lovely – he took us to the airport (for free) at 4am in the morning because he knew it would be hard to get a cab. He refused a tip or money for the toll roads. He got up extra early to set up breakfast for us and make us coffees. Even though the room (and entire B&B) was spacious, spotless and super cute, his kindness will always be what I remember about our stay. Thank you so much! Grazie mille :)
Not the fault of the B&B or owner, but – the location, although a very short drive from Naples airport/ferry terminal/train station (10-20 minutes depending on traffic), is technically not within Naples – so if you get a taxi there, you end up paying a high fare (double) as you've crossed city lines/a toll road. My advice is to take public transport, or use the B&B's own shuttle service/call reception first to work out your best option.

Siniore Franco was an excellent host and very helpful with everything. The breakfast was good and more than enough to keep you going. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. I will definitely return again and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Ercolano.

Spotless and the bed and bedding extra comfy. A great night’s sleep. Breakfast was good - lots of variety.
Nothing. Ito the road but they have thick windows so noise was low.

Really comfy and clean apartment in Ercolano, within walking distance to the Circumvesuviana station (10-15 min walk). So you can leave your car at the property's free parking and hang around Naples (strongly recommended regarding the traffic and driving style in Naples). I loved the breakfast, not only in the Italian style, but with some toast, ham, cheese, and eggs, complemented with perfect coffee and croissants. Spacious and tasteful! The landlord was really nice guy, speaking a little English, but friendly and helpful when asked about some tips and tricks on Naples sightseeing. Strongly recommend it.
The only minor issue is that the property is close to the highway, separated by sound shields and a green live fence on the property. You can hear the noise, but with closed balcony doors there was almost total silence and we slept very well. Outside you have a small table and chairs to enjoy the shadow and warm night!

Good location to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii even to go to Napoli by train
Its right next to the highway, can be a bit loud

The most wonderful thing was the proprietor who was warm and welcoming.
He should be the official face of Italian tourism.
We only stayed one night.

It was clean and perfectly sited for Herculaneum being just a 15 min walk away. It was also possible to walk to a number of bars and restaurants. Meaning we could leave the car and avoid the chaotic traffic. It was also close to Versuvius which explored.
The noise from the autostrada was difficult to tolerate. Our room, Asia, was only about 50 meters from the traffic which we found difficult when trying to sleep and made sitting on the terrace very unappealing. Although not strictly needed for cooling, running the a/c on low it did help to dissapate the noise from the big lorries passing.

little story: Our room was fantastic, it even had a small romantic terrace attached to it (the room name is “Asia”) Before to go to bed we wanted to spend some quality time on the terrace, but we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room 🙃 Mind you, this was well after midnight … we had to wake up our host to gain access again to the room, and I tell you, the host was so cool about the whole situation! It is in situations like this you really see the character of your host! I can recommend this B&B with a warm heart to everyone!!!!

Franco was a wonderful host. The rooms are superclean, the beds are very comfortable. We get a perfect breakfast. Secure parking was excellent. There is a 5star pizzeria nearby (La Parule).

Great location when travelling by car to avoid the traffic and parking chaos of Naples - and very close to Pompeii. The train station (Ercolano Scavi) is a 10-15 minute walk. The parking is secure behind a locked fence. The location seems somewhat shady just beyond the highway overpass, but it's remarkably quiet and we walked back from the station twice in the dark without feeling uneasy. The room is spacious with a very comfy bed. The host Alfonso (if I remember correctly) is extremely kind and helpful!
Not regarding the accommodation, but it's good to know that public transport/trains from Naples centre only run until around 21:30.

Everything was perfect, the room is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The bed was really comfortable and we really liked the air conditioning given that there were 40 degrees! There was a lovely terrace but we didn't use it because it was too hot. The host was very kind and accommodated all of our requests. We also really appreciated the free parking which is inside a gate so it is really safe. The property is 10 minutes by car from Naples which meant we could drive back and fro really quickly, and it is 15 minutes by car from Pompei. Breakfast is also very good and there is a lot to choose from. Highly recommended and we will come back if ever needing to stay in Naples.
Nothing, just bear in mind it is next to the motorway so there's a bit of a noise, but it's minimal because the windows are really thick and block the noise out.
