Summary:
Lovely bush setting, easy walk to beach, large shady decks.
The Space:
Reminiscent of an artists retreat that is nestled away amongst well established native trees, this property is not short on character. The forest setting of this property promises you will be surrounded by an abundance of birds and native wildlife. The interior of this property is fitted out with wood paneling which further adds to the charm of the property. With enough room to accommodate 6 guests, the three good sized bedrooms all have a lovely treed outlook. The house has two bathrooms, however one is located under the house which you will appreciate the convenience of whilst you and your family and friends are enjoying the outdoor spaces. The kitchen is well appointed with a kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine and the lounge is clean and cosy with a TV, DVD and CD player and recently added satellite TV. The sliding doors in the living area open out onto a pretty paved patio area. The property has plenty of off street parking and is peaceful and private, and a mere 5 minutes to the Fairhaven surf beach.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
CD Player, crockery and cutlery, DVD Player, fireplace, games, Gas BBQ, iron and ironing board, microwave, oven, ample off street parking, deck, stand-alone fan, stand-alone heater, stove, television, toaster, washing machine.
Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive an email providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
