Only 2.5 miles from the Grand Canyon Train Station and charming downtown Williams. This quaint 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is specifically set up as a home away destination property that is set up for your groups enjoyment. This perfect location lets you enjoy all the near by lakes, Elephant Rock golf course, Route 66, dining, shopping and so much more and Flagstaff only 30 miles away.

We took our kids and their families on a weekend getaway. This home had everything you could possibly need. Very cozy and room for all. Highly recommend! Looking forward to our next getaway to Williams and will wait for availability with this home.

We needed to check in an hour early due to our arrival time and our host was very accommodating. They let us know local things to do and had a beautiful home. We really enjoyed ourselves.!

The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Lots to do in the house, TV, games, music and close to the grocery store which was very nice. It was the perfect place for our family for the weekend!

This house might be our favorite one to stay at for our summer golf trips! We have stayed here several times because the house has so much to offer. The location is perfect for golf, it is always clean and has all the amenities needed for a perfect getaway. The patio is spacious and very enjoyable in the evenings as we enjoy happy hour and listen to the wind blow through the pine trees. Watching the birds flock around the bird feeder is fun as well. Inside the house is very comfortable too. The beds are nice as is the large couch in the living room. The kitchen has all the tools needed to cook whatever you want. We highly recommend this house for a nice getaway. We will definitely be returning for more golf and relaxing.

This place had everything we needed. 1 hour from the Grand Canyon. 2 hours from Petrified National Forest. Location was awesome. The owners made it easy. Very clean and homey. I highly recommend it.

This home was super homey and spacious. Hosts had everything available that you would need and went above and beyond with having things like k cups, creamer, oversized and plentiful towels ready. Everything for laundry and your comfort needs was available. Would recommend this home and hosts to anyone, they were great!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. We went to William’s for spring break and this home was perfect for our family. It was very spacious, clean and had lots to do for our family. We enjoyed playing checkers, lots of games, darts and so much more. The home is centrally located to to little town of Willam’s, and is close to the train station, which we took to the Grand Canyon. The home was perfect for us!

We wanted to see snow and go to the Grand Canyon and Bearizona. Mainly just to get out of Phoenix for the weekend.
We choose this place because of its cleanliness and location and rating. This place was perfect and we had a great time. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anybody. Don't keep looking, choose this place you won't be disappointed.

We used the home for our base for travel to Sedona and Grand canyon and it was perfect. The home was beautiful and very clean. It was equipped with everything we needed for our family ranging from age 1-70.

Loved this house!! Everything and more that we needed! Dart board was huge hit for our 4 teenagers!! Nice outdoor seating! Stayed and drove to visit Grand Canyon. About 45 min-hour drive. Would definitely stay here again if in area!

We have stayed at many VRBO‘s in our travels. This was by far the nicest one we’ve ever stayed at. The house was huge, the cleanest we’ve ever seen. And a wonderful experience. Deer in the backyard. Fully stocked and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend enough. Incredible. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for four days covering the Memorial Day weekend. This was our second time staying in this house and we absolutely loved it. First, it’s in a great location for the golf course. Second, the house has all the amenities anyone could ask for. From sitting on the patio in the evenings to cooking your favorite dinner, this house has everything you need. The house is plenty big enough for three couples, but is perfect for two. We are looking forward to our next stay here later this summer.

The home was comfortable with ample sleeping arrangements, very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking, plus condiments, seasonings, etc… that aren’t always available in rentals. The neighborhood was nice and the weather was beautiful. The roads were a little rough in the neighborhood, but it wasn’t a big deal. There were a few ants in the kitchen and we found some traps under the sink as we were getting ready to leave, so maybe those could be put out on the counters ahead of guest arrival. We would highly recommend this home. Williams was a nice town and about an hour from the Grand Canyon, which was the reason for our trip. We would definitely come back again to spend more time.

Excellent location, exceptionally clean, very very roomy, and the house was filled with everything we could possibly need. I will recommend this house to everyone I know. If I ever come back to this part of Arizona this is where I’ll stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was extremely clean, close driving distance to everywhere we wanted to go, quiet neighborhood, and easy and quick communication with the host. We’d definitely stay here again!
