Property managers were very easy to communicate with and our unit was the perfect size with 3 full bathrooms. We were close to gondola 1 and all the restaurants in the village. This unit does not have a washer and dryer in it but there is a laundry room in the garage. You don’t have access to the hot tub but get passes to a fitness center and spa. Had a couple of issues with our AC but joe was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again

Vail Village Gem
Location is perfect - right next to The Lodge and a street away from the heart of Vail Village - no need for a car. As for the property, the amenities are top notch. Housekeeping comes in daily to tidy up, pots and pans are brand new, and the living/bedrooms are very spacious. My family really enjoyed the stay.

Great location-nice place!
Condo was great! Great location near the Gondola and Vail Village! The only semi letdown was the concierge - hard to get ahold of, didn’t call us back. We had to find things on our own-there wasn’t much inforamation provided on the property etc. Overall a nice place though.

Perfect location in Vail Village
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo has a perfect location, right around the corner from Sweet Basil in the middle of the village. The parking was convenient in the condo garage. Plenty of fans and windows, so pleasant temp even with no AC during this summer’s unusual heat wave. Condo worked well for our family. We would stay here again.

Our Summer Stay 2020
This condo is was great and I loved it overall!!
Cleanliness. Fantastic! Loved that house keeping cane every day and took out our trash, tidied the entire condo and left it in an orderly state. Nothing was accidentally thrown away, missing or disturbed - even our kids’ arts and crafts projects. But loved how everything was clean and orderly despite that.
Location. Loved!! So close to Vail Village and walking distance to everything! Safe area and close to main office as well as easy access to parking garage. Close to the highway and quiet when needed, also enjoyed the distance to the hot tub.
Services. Not many available, but unnecessary. Appreciated the access to the athletic club, and occasional discount cards. The concierge did fix a clogged drain in the bathroom quickly, which I appreciated. Concierge was disappointing. I sent my tentative itinerary and was given a few suggestions. Was told because of Covid, activities were unsure and unavailable. I find out by my own exploration that there were several things to do. There was a farmers market dinner we could’ve booked, a children’s nature center activity group we could’ve joined and tubing and water play areas we could’ve enjoyed. I just thought the concierge could’ve done way more...I mean, isn’t it their job to seek out possible activities that are unique and available? Fortunately we had a great time!
If I could say anything negative about the condo, it’d have to be the need of A/C!! I’m aware that this unit didn’t have air conditioning and was told we didn’t need it, but we did!! The lobby was always so stuffy and hot during the day. We were sweating when we decided to stay in during the day without any relief of coolness even with the 3 provided floor fans, room ceiling fans going, and all the open windows. We also needed an extension cord to move them around in the condo (should’ve asked the concierge, but didn’t want to deal with it). Summer in Vail gets hot and we felt it in the condo. The mornings and evenings definitely didn’t need it, and we’d probably not turn it on, but it would’ve been nice to get the option. I would’ve paid a little more to get A/C.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and materials, and the appliances are great and updated. I loved that the utility laundry room had soap and dryer sheets available to use. Also a few board games were great! The knives to use in the kitchen were super sharp!! Love it!
Overall I loved this unit!
