I read some of the other reviews to hopefully add new information but… it seems like everything is covered. The overall experience was lovely. We purposely booked this place away from the north end (and bustling tourists). I’d say, book it!

Kyra and Bruce were fantastic hosts. The place was everything the listing said and more. The salt water pool was spotless as was the rest of the property. The suggestion a of places to take first timers was also awesome. I’ve stayed at many places on the island over the years and I can definitely say that I can’t wait to rent this one again :) Thank you two for a wonderful, easy experience !

We had 8 in our group and this place was amazing. Kitchen had everything plus that we would need. The whole house was very spacious and something for everyone. Every night the boys played with the wii and bowled and played baseball. Balcony's on all sides and levels for amazing views. Having the pool and the back patio with grill also was a great amenity. Clean from top to bottom and having laundry was a nice feature after a day at the beach. I would definitely stay again. Thanks Bruce and Kyra and Tucker.

Very clean and well equipped home. As noted in the listing, owners do live in a separate residence on the property. Kyra and Bruce were very kind and helpful. Cell phone no longer available to use but owners will help with calls If you need.

Our party of 5 spent 7 outstanding days in this beautiful house. The house was very clean and had every amenity that you could possibly ask for. The beds were very comfortable. The house has plenty of space for our group. The pool is a amazing and secluded. It is like a private retreat. The roof top bar has view that is to die for! In the day time you can see for miles, just open seas and white caps rolling into shore. At night the breeze was amazing and the star gazing was astronomical! The kitchen was very spacious had had all top of the line equipment. We had no problem preparing meals for our group. The house has an outside barbeque grill and was very clean and simple to use. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. They were able to refer us to a private transport/ driver/ guide to see some Mayan ruins (Ek Balam) and a Cenote (Hibiku). What an amazing experience. They also helped us find and choose the best sight seeing spots on the island and the best restaurants to eat at. All suggestions were spot on! None of us could have asked for a better vacation, peaceful and relaxing. Only recommendation is to get a golf cart. The house is on the quiet end of the island and there is not much in walking distance, but that is truly one of the perks that we liked. Our party highly recommends this rental for anyone's vacation needs! It is like having your own little piece of Utopia while on vacation.

My sister and I and our families just came back from a weeklong stay at Vive con Fe. It was our first time on the Island. We are so happy we ended up in Punta Sur - it is a gorgeous part of the island, away from Isla’s more touristy bits. The 9 of us (including 5 kids ages 8 mos-9 years) had plenty of space. Salt water pool was perfect, and we loved the views (and the breezes) from all the doors and windows. Rooftop bar is perfect for watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee. As others have mentioned (and as stated in the description) there is a decent amount of interaction with the owners. We found them kind and helpful (they loved the kids and even macheted open some coconuts for them to drink) but if you are looking for an entirely private vacation, you might consider looking elsewhere. (PS - Tito the dog is a dream and we miss him!!)

An overall great time at this property. Although it is further away from stores and restaraunts it is a great retreat space to chill and relax. Bruce the owner was always helpful and provided us with anything we needed when going to the store. Great kitchen for preparing meals and an outdoor bbq for cooking poolside. Lots of space to tuck away when you are looking for privacy and a great beach close by for Ocean swimming.

I have traveled enough to know that sometimes what is advertised is not what you find upon arrival. Well in this case, what Kyra and Bruce advertise is exactly what you get! The house was PERFECT for our family and in some ways it was actually more than we anticipated. We had a couple of days of hard rain that made going outside less than ideal, but the house gave us a ton of room to spread out, play games, or find a quiet place to read, all the while still being able to enjoy some beautiful views of the ocean, the garden surrounding Casa Vive Con Fe! The fully stocked kitchen, ample towels, washer/dryer, pool, etc, etc was more than we could've ever needed or used. We really enjoyed being down on the south end of the island as each day that we ventured north we had the chance to drive our golf carts through the island and each day we discovered a new place to explore. Kyra made me aware of Alex and the crew at Isla Mujeres Golf Cart Rentals and I can't say enough good things about them either. We had one night of hard rain and as we went to leave the restaurant toward the north end, our golf cart wouldn't start due to being wet. A quick phone call to Alex and next thing he was driving us back to the house and a new cart was in our possession the first thing the next morning. Kyra also put me in touch with Alejandro at dc explorer for a fishing trip, which was also outstanding. We spent nearly 5 hours on the water catching Barracuda and having a great time with our guides Miguel and the "Captain." The memories from this trip will last me a lifetime. The final piece that I would recommend is the transfer service we used to get from the Cancun airport out to the island and back. "At Your Service Cancun" run by Felipe was amazing. We had to make a few adjustments along the way due to flight changes and our desire to stay on the island to soak up every last minute of sun and with each change Felipe was amenable and very responsive! If the chance to return to Isla Mujeres is in the air for my family, we would reserve Vive Con Fe without hesitation. Bruce and Kyra are very kind people who have clearly made a commitment to make sure their guests are well accounted for while in their home. A big thank you to both of you from all of us!!! What a fabulous house, and fabulous place! So many extras that were so thoughtful- bottled water and a machine connected to bottle water for Ice. The bed are so comfortable and having 3 showers in the house plus on outside was a bonus- The owners were so helpful and kind. Definitely worth renting with all the Amenities this house provides you with you can never go wrong! We were nine and never felt like it was crowed. If your thinking of a rental on the island look no more the house is perfect and the location is the same- will definitely be back! Thank you for offering such an amazing Casa!

We had a wonderful time over Christmas! The house is beautiful as is the landscaping and backyard pool. It was really windy during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop deck as much as we would have liked, but we enjoyed the sunrise on the front patio with coffee most mornings. Kyra and Miguel were very helpful!

This is the perfect house for staying on the island, it has the most beautiful sunrises over the ocean, it is close to the beaches ,in that afternoon and evening a nice cool relaxing (Private) pool for the family. The bar on top is where we would have breakfast and to watch the island come to life from that view is breath taking...... The Best......

Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy this house. We had a problem with the power since the 2nd day. We lost all our groceries because of this reason, we we're back and forward from the house to a hotel for 2 days. I wish we could had more understanding and attention from the owner, which was so poor since the beginning 'til the end. As a recommendation if your going to visit this island look for a place with their own generators in case the power goes down.

This home is super cute and has a great view. We loved everything about it. The only thing is no a/c in the living areas but the bedrooms get super cold. Would consider this one again in future visits.

Wow. Let’s just say that the pictures don’t begin to show the beauty of this property! We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids under 7. This was the perfect family house! The house and pool were so much larger than we were expecting. There were windows everywhere, so it felt like you were living outside. The views from the rooftop swing bar were amazing. The kitchen was awesome to cook some meals in, but really....there are sooo many good restaurants on the island that you won’t want to eat in! The backyard, though. Wow. We spent most of our time there, with the kiddos swimming in the saltwater pool at least 5 days a day. Haha! I loved the landscaping. It felt like a tropical oasis! The bedrooms cool off really quickly, and all of us slept perfectly. I loved being on this side of the island. The golf cart ride to town was a highlight for me. What a beautiful drive. The blue of that ocean. Wow. The only thing I would do differently is stay longer! We stayed 6 nights, since this was the first big trip for the other family, but I would definitely stay at least 8 nights next time! Thank you Kyra and Bruce! What a beautiful property. (And the dogs were a highlight for the kids. Maggie is still talking about Tito and Tucker.) Thank you!

We absolutely loved this house. We had two families and there was more than enough room for all of us. We enjoyed being on the south end of the island it made this vacation one of the most relaxing vacations. We really enjoyed having Bruce and Kyra on property, it was an added bonus. They were very helpful and full of great information about places to eat and activities around the island. We are already talking about coming back to Vive Casa Con Fe!

Every year we do a girls vacation, we always go all inclusive, but a couple of the girls have rented houses before for other vacations and suggested we try it.This was my first time and it was an awesome experience, Bruce and Kyra were so very helpful and made us feel right at home. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. I would highly recommend this property to any who asked. Bruce and Kyra thank you so very much from the girls from Wisconsin.

We were a "1st time to Isla Mujeres" group of 7 Ladies. Kyra and Bruce were super helpful with every detail. We felt safe and comfortable. The house is beautiful and such a pleasure to stay in. Kept in excellent condition and tastefully decorated. I personally had the best sleep ever with the warm breezes. The refrigerator was huge (to hold our beer) and filtered bottled water for ice and drinking. This house is close to some great fun restaurants, shopping, beaches, zip lines, and Punta Sur on the south end of the island. We rented golf carts, however getting a taxi was just as easy (we used taxis at night if we wanted to have drinks). Would love return soon.

The house was very clean, plenty of bottled water, air conditioning worked well in upstairs bedrooms and the pool was fabulous! We stayed over Christmas week in 2016...6 adults and 3 teenagers. There was space for everyone to relax. The pool was awesome and we used it a lot. The BBQ worked well when we grilled fresh catch of the day! Would definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to be back again someday. Thank you!

We were very impressed with these accommodations. The rooms and house worked out very nicely for our group of 6. Though the shower in the master bath would get the nearby floor wet and slippery. Fortunately there was an easy solution, just wipe the floor with a towel after taking a shower. The we enjoyed the pool, especially our grandson. The owners, who live above the garage on the other side of the pool were very helpful and accommodating. And the location of this house worked well for us. Several of us even walked to the nearby sculpture garden from the house. And since the island is so small, you can easily get anywhere on the island by golf cart. So if you like a quieter laid back location, with the option of driving a golf cart when you need more excitement, this is the place to be. I plan to go back the next time we go to Isla Mujeres. Don

WE were looking for somewhere nice and relaxing to stay for the last week of a 4 week holiday. This proved to be just what we needed. Plenty of space, the pool was very relaxing. Because of the home we chose to eat in with the abundance of fresh food available from the local markets and the new Supermarket. We also dined out and found good restaurants, good value prices. We hired a golf cart for our independent transportation which worked out very for the four us. Watching the birds soaring in the morning breeze while we enjoyed breakfast around the pool, just lovely. The property was well maintained, with property manager to ensure smooth running. The answer to the ultimate question, 'would you go back ?' The answer is yes.

The best home to stay and enjoy while on the Island, beautiful view, great pool and wonderful location. We continue to go to Mujeres every year and we ALWAYS stay in the house. It is actually our Home away from Home. We love it and cant wait to go back!!!!!!

The house was nice and we loved the pool. However the living space has no air, lots of bugs everywhere, too far from town and the owner hangs out at the pool with you everyday. Kinda weird.

Love the Island been there 3 times now and will go many more times. The house was very comfortable with lots of room. The pool area is fun to hang out in and around. Great trip

Isla Mujeres is our home away from home ~ and we felt entirely at home at Casa Vive Con Fe. Bruce and Kyra were great! They own a beautiful little slice of this island! We enjoyed a lot of our time poolside. The swing bar rooftop has beautiful views! The house has plenty of space and all the amenities you'll ever need. Visited Punta Sur within walking distance to enjoy gorgeous views. A few in our group always stay in town, and were nervous about the location. In the end, they loved the quiet, peaceful casa after a busy day on North Beach. We are so thankful to have found such a great spot! Thank you Bruce and Kyra! I bet it's a bit quieter after our departure :)
