Było super.

Śniadania bardzo smaczne,kawa znakomita.Hotel położony bardzo blisko szlaków w góry.Łatwy dojazd samochodem pod sam hotel i darmowy parking.

Zbyt mały wybór w menu śniadaniowym.

Szukasz miejsca w Tatrach? Zdecydowanie polecam.

Fantastyczne miejsce, genialna obsługa,świetna kuchnia. Wygodny i przestronny pokój. Obsługa przesympatyczna, bardzo pomocna, zawsze uśmiechnięta. Okolica przepiękna, idealna baza wypadowa na różne szlaki.

Brakuje wymiany ręczników po około 2-3 dniach + nawet jednego odkurzania apratmanetu w trakcie pobytu powyżej 4 dni, lub chociaż odkurzacza w pokoju. Miejsce bardzo czyste, ale po paru dniach pobytu żona miała chęć odkurzyć - sami nieco nabrudzilismy. Winda ma tendencję do awarii. Jednak przy całokształcie - to nic nie znaczące detale. Bardzo polecam obiekt.

Wonderful place to base yourself if going up on the cableway. was right across the laneway.

We arrived early and they rushed to get room ready, which was wonderful. We didn't expect it. There is heaps of road works going on and if I had not done the research then it would of been hard for travelers in a car as construction everywhere. But it was wonderful and Anita was brilliant

Perfect location for access to hiking trails The restaurant does exceptional food. The breakfasts in particular were a highlight Comfortable bed, great bathroom and nice sofa area

Small issue but there's a constant buzzing noise from the ventilation in our room. Won't affect most people unless you're a light sleeper

Stunning location with great hiking trails minutes from the hotel

The hotel is in a beautiful location and our room was clean and spacious with views of the mountains. Friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast. We did some fabulous walks that started minutes from the hotel. When we left the hotel manager gave us a picnic and a lift to the taxi rank to take us back into Zakopane for our bus back to Krakow.

The cable car was closed until 24/5 for maintenance and no taxis were permitted to use the short road up to the village whilst improvements are being made to the infrastructure. We would still choose to stay here again as we loved the location.

Lovely Winter break stay

The place is really beautiful, the rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and are doing their best to keep the guests satisfied. The hotel is situated in a National Park, 50 meters from the cableway which takes you to K.W. peak. If you want to visit the town though, you must take your car. Maybe there are no many bars and restaurant in the area, but that's alright, maybe the hotel restaurant could be open bit longer than 4.30, but again, that's a minor issue if you know it in advance. PS We had to leave a day earlier, and the stuff was nice to provide us some bag with fruit sandwich and water. Thank you.

Winter Fairytale

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Value for money proposition is out of this world. Highlights: - superb breakfast included in the already reasonable price - warm and cosy apartment - restaurant and grocery shop directly in the hotel - private parking - after 6 pm the there is barely anybody in the area , so peaceful and quiet - friendly and helpful staff .... They'll also give you some free food and drink when you check out which was a very welcomed bonus :)

Very good

The location is amazing for treks to Tatras, lift to Kasprowy Wierch.

Well, at the beginning staff behaved strangely and not welcoming us very well. Then my son was given outdated blueberries with "pierogi" and WiFi did not work for few hours for us. After this experience most changed - people were nice, food also good and WiFi worked, but the first impression was a bit weird....

Taxis often wouldn’t drive up to the accommodation. Staff were not overly friendly.

We had a very good stay, excellent breakfasts and good food.

It's right at the entrance to the Tatra National Park, so the location is excellent for the daily hikes in the mountains. Breakfasts were excellent. The semi self-service restaurant is also very good and the people working at Gościniec are very pleasant and helpful. We were surprised at checkout, when we were presented with sandwiches and water for the journey! A nice touch!

They do not clean the rooms unless you ask for it. It's a pity that we were not told about this upon the arrival. However, next time we will know. :)

Exceptional

If you travel by car and you like nature this is an exeptional place to stay close to Zakopane, inside beautifull park. Only 3 km drive to central Zakopane. The apartment was very clean , nice decorated and very quiet. I woud like to mention specialy Bartosz and Anita for being very helpfull and warm. Last morning we got a package with sandwiches, drinks and fruits for our journey. Thanks.
