The interior of La Dolça is bright with a panoramic view of the sea. It has a built surface of 293 m2.
The livingroom have a comfortable sofa, fireplace, a big dining table and a Smart television which has access to normal TV channels, but also Netflix, Spotify, Youtube etc.
This spacious area includes a full equipped modern kitchen with cook island: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, filtered water tab, washing machine, dryer and a comfortable breakfast area with a small television.
The livingroom has direct access to the large terrace which has an amazing view over the coastline. There is a chillout zone where you can enjoy your late-night drink. The terrace has an access to the pool area.
BedroomsBedroom 1: Master bedroom with double bed (180x200) ensuite with bathtub and rain shower. This room has amazing views of the sea and pool. Enjoy waking up with the sunrise on the sea.Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200), sea view.Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x200).Bedroom 4: bunkbed (90x200), sea view.
There is a separate bathroom with rain shower.
Going down some stairs, you will find bedroom 5. This bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a small fridge. This space has a direct access to the pool area.
GuesthouseThe villa has an independent guesthouse which has his own entry. The livingroom contains a sofa bed (2 people) and television which has access to the internet.This guesthouse has a small kitchen (dishwasher, fridge) a bathroom with rain shower. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a single bed 90x200.
OutsideThe whole property is set in over 1,083 m2 of extensive private enclosed grounds and includes an infinity swimming pool (70 m2) in a pleasant sun-bathing area where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. The garden is integrated with a digital watering system which control the watering of the plants and grass. In addition, this house is committed to sustainability and has solar panels on the roof and has osmosis water.

This is a bright, modern villa, that was finished with high quality materials, has everything needed for a great holiday and is situated in a unique location.
Groups of young people under 25 are not accepted.
The price of the cleaning fee includes: final cleaning, sheets and towels (2 per person).
For reservations of more than 10 days, a change of sheets and towels is included.
