If you'd like to spend your next group retreat or family reunion in style, there's no better place in eastern Utah than Bowen Luxury House! Live in the lap of luxury with high-quality amenities indoors, then head outside to take in the area's rich natural beauty! This stylish Moab home is right in the center of town, adjacent to Bowen Motel (our flag property). All of downtown's shops and restaurants are at your disposal. Bring home a warm, flaky treat from local Cafés, which you can enjoy from the upstairs deck or in the spacious backyard. There's no other way to describe Bowen Luxury House than elegant. You'll marvel at the hardwood floors, intricate engravings on the walls, and decorative touches like the gold-framed mirror above the fireplace. Turn on the chandelier and get comfy on the great room's sofa, ideal for losing yourself in a good book or uploading photos using the home's WiFi. Cooking for a dozen guests is no easy task, but the kitchen provides everything you need to make it a fun one. The full selection of basic appliances await, along with a gas range, granite counters, and a charming mosaic backsplash. There's even a wet bar in the adjoining dining room that can serve as an additional prep station, and a gas grill outside. Savor the fruits of your labor at the kitchen table for two and dining room bench seating for six, or climb the spiraling staircase to the seating area and deck chairs upstairs. Wherever you eat, you can just bring your dishes back to the dishwasher for quick, easy cleanup. Ten to twelve guests can enjoy a stay in Bowen Luxury House, with five distinct suites to choose from. The king-size master bedroom lies upstairs in the La Sal Suite, which also features a small sitting room separated by French doors and decorated with upscale oak furnishings and there's also a futon for extra sleeping space. Each of the remaining four rooms offers a generous queen-size bed, along with their own unique aesthetics. From the antique décor of the Castleton Room and classical style of the Sego Room to the decorator ceiling of the Cisco Room and sunset views of the Moab Room, each bedroom has a few things that make it truly special. Each room is also equipped with a private flat screen cable TV, and bathroom with all the space you need to get ready in the morning. There is also an ample amount of parking conveniently located behind the home. Of course, Moab's best attractions aren't in the town, but rather surround it - Utah's stunning natural sights are just a short drive away! Arches National Park's one-of-a-kind rock formations are only five miles to the north, while Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park are just 30 miles southwest. All was good at the Luxury House. The 10 of us who stayed there, found it to be "as advertised. A few minor issues, but all in all, it was a great experience.

It was a great setup for all the different generations of our group. Also loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom!! It was amazing how quiet it was even on the busy road. Very convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants.

Family of 10 (age 6-82) just had a wonderful week long stay at this beautiful, spacious and well stocked home in the middle of downtown Moab. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and AC (2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 up) The master has a large adjoining sitting area with a futon that worked well for 2 adults in the master and their 2 children on the futon. There is also a sitting area with a table upstairs that goes out to the spacious front upper covered porch with a staircase to lower porch. Main floor has an open area with couch, wet bar, table with extensions (that can sit 8-10) Easy walking to lots of nice shops eateries, grocery store and food truck park.The kitchen is roomy and well stocked with appliances. Laundry room attached with mop sink and some cleaning supplies. Overall the house was more spacious than I thought from the pics. Clean rooms with comfy beds. We were not bothered at all by traffic noise despite being near a very busy road. The house is well insulated and the white noise from the AC kept all outside noise out. There is ample parking behind the house for several vehicles and a covered carport with a large table and chairs to sit or eat in the shade. There is also another sitting area with chairs in an unshaded area if you prefer. Wonderful time, lots of cool adventures (jeeping, ballooning, hiking and unbelievable sights)Highly recommend. Great house and town! Host is easy to work with.

If I could double the 5 stars I would.
Imagine a place so well stocked with amenities that what you hated you left at home was already there waiting on you, and then you had other amenities you didn’t even know you needed were there as well. Wine fridge, extra ice maker, detergent if you asked, extra sink and bar in dining room, wash sink in the mud room, hot water maker, oscillating tower fans, bbq supplies, even ear plugs! Everything you need along with great advice about the town from the front desk if needed.
3 families converged comfortably on our stay here. The 5 bathrooms were spot on for getting us all ready and out of there asap. Each bathroom was beautiful and unique. The rooms were spacious and the beds slept well.
The pool across the street was great for the kids. We enjoyed drinking a few beverages on the balcony while watching the town wind up in the morning or wind down in the evening.
The parking in the back was massive. We even used the grill one evening and ate in the shade of the house.
The location was absolutely perfect. Smack dab in the middle of town where literally everything was in walking distance. We ate at the food truck park several times and it was a mere block down.

I can honestly say I’ve never been treated better at any other place in my life, and I’ve been to a lot!
Thanks to Capitol Reef being halfway closed up, and a wrong turn we ended up in Moab 2 nights earlier than expected. We passed the hotel and discussed just stay

Perfect HQ for Modern Elopement Destination Wedding at Dead Horse Point! 5 great suite bedrooms, each with full bath, including a master king suite. Full kitchen and dining area with bar amenity with morning coffee balcony too! It could not have been better for our group nor a better base for our wedding event. Yay Moab! Yay Bowen House! We loved this place! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. There was all updated white bedding which was so clean and fresh. The place was even better than the pictures showed. Perfect location. Walked to shopping and restaurants! We would stay there again!

The Bowen House was absolutely perfect. We loved the central location that was close to shops, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, park entrance and great trails. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. We loved that the bedrooms all had their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a little issue with the oven and someone was there to fix it within 5 minutes. There is lots of parking and a great outdoor area. Honestly, the only thing missing was a fire pit. That would have made the outdoor area absolutely perfect! Thanks for the great adventures Moab!

We loved everything about this property! We heard no road noise whatsoever and we had everything we could possibly need. They are very generous with everything. And it is so centrally located. Hated to leave those beds!

My large group of friends and I had the perfect visit to Moab, thanks to the Bowen House team. Twelve of us fit incredibly comfortably, including spaces to sit around and catch up, and private areas to decompress. Communicating with the team was quick and easy, and we were just steps from so many of the incredible attractions in Moab (including one of the best Thai restaurants I've ever been to). I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone looking for a home away from home.

The Luxury House in the heart of Moab was the PERFECT place for our family reunion. The home with its five bedrooms and baths, its large kitchen, its ten person diningroom table, its outside porches made our stay so enjoyable. What beautiful surroundings and national parks which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We couldn’t have been happier with home and location. Located just off Main Street within easy walking distance of food and shopping. Spacious outdoors space for parking off-road equipment and shaded spots with plenty of seating for outdoor socializing.

We have stayed here at least 3 times and it is always a wonderful place to stay. We love that each room has it's own bathroom. And we love spending the evenings after our hikes on the beautiful shaded front lawn.

Really nice older house. You couldn't ask for a better location. Right in the middle of town. You can walk to multiple places to eat or shop. Plenty of parking. We had three vehicles, two trailers and three side by sides. Still had room to spare. Only negative was the road noise from the highway. Would definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for our group. It is right in the heart of Moab with many restaurants & shops in easy walking distance (great because we did not rent cars to cover all of the days there). It has a great little yard for hanging out in nice weather. 5 complete bedrooms all with their own bath. Note: Master bath has large shower & large tub(did not use tub), one sink. One of the other (Queen) rooms has 2 sinks & shower & separate tub, other 3 Queens have 1 sink & shower each. Very cool antique furniture in each room. Only indoor staircase is a spiral staircase, but there is a regular staircase outside to upstairs. We did not really use the kitchen except refrigerator and dishwasher - too many great restaurants nearby to choose from. Plus there is a great Food Truck lot a block away with 10+ food trucks to choose from. We enjoyed our stay so much we are booking again for next year and inviting more friends to stay at the Bowen Motel right across the street.

This 5 bed 5 bath house was perfect for our gathering. They do disclose that there is some traffic noise, which there is, but there was also a lot of vibration when big trucks went by on the street. It appears to be a problem at the intersection. If you are a really light sleeper this may be bothersome for you. In every other way, it is a great property with everything one could need.

The location can not be beat! The house is spacious with all the amenities you will need. Each bedroom has a large bed and it's own bathroom. My only complaint is the road noise and the house shakes when large trucks go by. The owner does provide ear plugs. Lots of space for parking. Great for multiple families.

The property is just off Main Street, super location! Nicely decorated with tables in each common area. Great to play cards and games in the evening. Lots of spices in the cabinet and most any bowl, pan or baking dish a cook might ask for was available for use.
Master bath shower was wonderful, too!

Our group enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room, convenient, well supplied. Suggest more seating in living room area. Temp & pressure adjustments should be checked in showers...a few were hard to adjust.

We had a group of 10. We came to off-road in Moab. We had a 42ft trailer and two other 34 foot trailers that fit perfect in the back with plenty of space left. The covered area was great for hanging out and cooking. We walked out of our front door crossed the street and was on the main strip in less than one min. We walked to dinner every night and shopped. It’s very convenient. The house its self was beautiful. 5 bedrooms with a bathroom in every room! No body had to share! Every room had its own look. There was plenty of cooking utensils and things to eat out of no need to bring any of that. We all enjoyed staying.

Property worked wonderfully for our group. We loved being within walking distance of everything downtown. Our only complaint would be the loud traffic noise from Main street/ Highway 191. We appreciated the ear plugs!!
