This four bedroom home features a fully equipped kitchen, formal and informal dinning areas as well as an open and spacious living area. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite facilities, there is an additional double bedroom and two twin rooms making this the ideal family vacation home.

The home boasts a private screened pool which backs onto a wooded area and is fenced to the side ensuring complete privacy for relaxing or taking a swim. The home also has an internet connection for those wishing to keep in touch with people at home, or to find out about all the great attractions here in Central Florida.

The home is located on the mature subdivision of Eagle Pointe located less than five minutes from the 192 and the wide variety of shops and restaurants it has to offer and only ten minutes from Walt Disney World.

House is a good size and 2 families could share it easily. Pool was very private and a great way to cool down after a day at the parks which are 20 minutes away. We felt that some of the equipment/TV was a bit tired and unfortunately the crockery was dirty so we had to wash it before we could use it.

The property was beutiful n easy to check in . Only one problem the bed in the room need to b change very incontrovertible to sleep, but i will rent this houses again. It will be nices to have contable beds.

Cons-There were roaches throughout the house. The floors look clean but walking on them barefoot or with socks reveals they are swept but no idea the last time they were mopped. The primary bathtub is nasty. Hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The house is also outdated. Looks like it’s in a time warp stuck in the late 90s early 2000s. Beds are rock hard. Safety because the only lock on the front door is a key so it is a fire hazard should there be an emergency. Wager and dryer provided but are old and rusty and the dryer keeps going if opened and almost took my arm off. Pros- beds for 8. Private pool. Proximity to markets, parks, family entertainment and restaurants. I took photos of every room and the roaches as proof.

Visited for long weekend over Memorial Day. Just perfect for our needs. It was quiet, clean, had the amenities we required as a family of 4. Really enjoyed our experience!

From the beginning renting this property was easy. The location was perfect for where we intended to stay. The neighborhood was quiet, didn’t have to worry about any security issues. Property owner was responsive and quick to all emails and messages. The property was very clean, all the amenities were there and worked as stated. Plenty of towels and linens. Only suggestion is the trash can in the kitchen was the size of a small bathroom trash can, the ice maker was temperamental, and there were no paper towels. None of these issues were a major inconvenience. I would definitely rent this location again!

We just recently stayed at this property while visiting the parks. It was a 15-25 min drive to the different parks and a quiet neighborhood. Overall the property is good, however the beds were extremely uncomfortable, made for rough night sleeps, the bedding and decor could use some updating. The only real concern is the locks on the door. You need to lock the doors from inside the property each night which is an extreme safety issue. To unlock the pool is quite an issue as well. We did appreciate how well stocked the kitchen was for cooking etc. but could use some face cloths. With some changes made, this would be great for families

House was comfortable fit the family but alot of flies and saw a couple roaches. Called owner regarding the flies someone came out and brought sprays. The reason for so many flies prior tenants left alot of garbage in the garage and they didn't know. It was very frustrating being in the house and flies flying around. House needs a deep cleaning and master bedroom light switch doesn't work you need to get on the bed to turn on/off the light bulb switch needs to be fixed. I go every year to Florida and this is the first time I experience something like this I won't be staying in this house again.

Our family (Party of 8) was impressed with the property. Upon arrival we were received by a clean and spacious house! The property was nearby restaurants and more important, Disneyworld. My family enjoy time at the pool and we literally felt at home. I will recommend the house to all my friends and family and will rent it again in the future! Respectfully O. We enjoyed the vacation home only a few little things could have been better. The front bedroom blinds did not close completely. Made our daughter a little uncomfortable because someone could look in from outside. Also there were no face towels for renters so we went out and purchased them and left for the next renter. Over all a great place to stay.
