Had a great time and loved the property. My only critique is that the bed in the master bedroom is hard as a rock. Otherwise we were all really comfortable and the hosts were responsive and accommodating.

Loved this condo! It was a five minute walk to downtown Breckenridge. The bedrooms were really big and the three bathrooms were great! My family loved it and we would definitely stay again. Five stars!

The location of this property was perfect. Very convenient for walking to the lifts and to town. The views are spectacular.
We did have issues with the interior of the place. The furniture in the photos is not at all what is in the unit. The sectional and ottoman, bar stools and dining chairs as well as the single chair in the living area are not what you get.
We had an issue with a very derogatory message left on a chalk board in the room with two beds when we arrived and had to clean some pans and glasses before we used them.
We have let the Skyrun people know and they have assured us these issues will be addressed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but upon first entering the unit felt somewhat disappointed.
Just know that the unit you rent does not look like the photos in the VRBO listing.

Visited Breck mid-summer for some R&R. Property is situated on the 3rd floor and overlooks the creek / forest (feels like you’re in a treehouse) so relaxing but conveniently located walking distance to Main Street restaurants as well. All amenities were as described. Clean, comfortable with nice vaulted ceilings and would book again given the opportunity.

Overall we had a great time at the property and i think it was a decent place to ski in and out of as far as convenience goes. Condo could use some updating to make it more comfortable but overall great place for the price it was clean and had all the basics of a short term rental.

We tried checking in early, not allowed understood. First night had breaker,,heat , electrical problems corrected next night. Not near as close as stated to ski lifts, no where to store rented equipment long walk to carry equipment back and forth. Times on papers, internet were incorrect for hot tub pool, young men were rude in walking around telling us to leave, shut machines off started covering . We tried to explain we wouldn’t have come out at 745 if we knew it closed at 8, all communication says 10. Parking passes, were not in room, we did not receive email with printed ones prior to arrival, we had to find a way to office to get from lock box to retrieve after waiting to check in.

Great location and accommodations. Would recommend again.

We are a group of 6 women over 60, who have been spending a week in Breckenridge every October for over 25 years. This condo was one of the best we have ever stayed in -- with two disadvantages; there is no elevator, and the access to the very nice loft is a ladder. Both facts made it just less than perfect for women of "a certain age." But we LOVED the location, the floor plan, and the view and sound of the nearby river.

This was a great place for about a week in Breackage, CO. for 4 of us. We all did some hikes and walking around town. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate in most of the. I

Perfect Getaway
This place was perfect! Close enough to walk to the main area in Breckenridge but far enough away that it was so peaceful! Highly recommend!

Great place
Enjoyed our time there!

Modern and clean.
The unit was very clean with a modern kitchen. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. With four children hiking in the mountains, laundry has a way of piling up. Great location next to the river and close to downtown. We are repeat renters. Thank you.

Good spot for ski trip
Had a great stay. Extra sheets and ice trays for freezer were missing but mgmt handled. Thanks!

This is a convenient location. A short walk to the slope and ski almost all the way to the building. No ski lockers and no recycling on site. The property is much smaller than what the photos show. It is clean but a little dingy and run down. A lighter coat of paint and a minor renovation would do wonders to the place.
The people at the managing agent is nice, but pretty poor in communicating basic info. It makes me doubt that they have actually visited the property. Basic information was not provided, i.e. where the unit is from the parking lot, how to access the path to the ski slopes, or where supplies are in the unit (which turned out to be very hidden for some items) etc.. They provided the unit number of 305, but there are actually 305A, B, & C on three different doors. They turned out to be the same unit, but the key code is for the door of 305A which was hidden around the corner. It was not pleasant to have to figure this out when we arrived at 1:00 a.m. through a snow storm. It took us two days to learn the most efficient way to get to the slopes. All this can be avoided if they had just prepared a packet of basic information. They were also not very accommodating for even an 11:00 a.m. check out after we have stayed in the unit for 2 weeks.
I have rented countless ski houses in the Rockies, and I would rank this as below average especially regarding property management.

Cute Rental
Very cute rental, we loved the large window in the living room that looked over the creek. It was just two of us but it was very spacious I would definitely come back and bring my family there was two bedrooms and a loft in this rental. It could easily have fit 10 people. The beds were comfortable though there was some stains on the comforter that my friend wasn't a fan of. We had some issues with the nest thermostat it was hard to control, it felt overall pretty cold most of our stay. The thermostat was set on ecofriendly and would take 40 minutes or over an hour to start heating. Also there were no provided waters like most rentals so I would be prepared to bring your own. We did love that there was coffee but I have a feeling that was left over from a previous rental, there was enough only for two pots. Overall we really liked the stay, coming in was easy, and it was a nice location, and we loved the space.

Great place, and close to downtown.

I can not say enough about how perfect the condo was. My husband and I were both ‘wow’ed the minute we walked in. The sound of the river was so beautiful that one night we camped out on living room floor to fall asleep to it. The location was absolutely perfect. Out of town enough to be quiet. But close enough to easily walk into town. The condo had absolutely everything you would need in it. We thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to go back. The only negative was the neighbors on otherside of hallway we’re doing extensive loud construction. However this was not the fault of the condo owners we rented from at all. So I have NOTHING but good to say about renting this condo.

Well equipped and comfortable stay.. Great location on the river , close to town and hiking

This property was nice...great location, big space, clean and perfect for 3 women. Not many condos have 3 full bathrooms but this one did. The only major downfall was that this was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. When you factor in the altitude, over-packing and women over 50, the 3 flights of steps was a lot.
