Expectations not met!

The location, safety, the host was very friendly and helpful.

I was told to leave the place clean but no cleaning detergent was provided. Blankets were dirty, they had a bad smell we couldn't use them. The linen on the main bed was dirty, there were stains on them and were not smelling good. The pots are not clean enough, is as if they just don't wash them after the visit since visitors are cleaning them. I'm sure most of them just clean them with water only like I did as there we no sunlight liquid, your jik or anything to use for wash. Dish cloth also need some bleach. Try to improve on those and more visitors will make a come back to the place.

Very disappointed

The gyser did not disappoint and of course the beach was beautiful The place would be nice provided better care is given to it

The beds had bed bugs, no wifi connection, we would have appreciated to have the instructions before hand, no soap or towels prodivided, we needed to bring our own dstv cards but not told before hand, hence the request to please have the instructions shared before hand No cleaning soap The sofas need to be cleaned

The unit itself was nice. Just a few small problems took quite a lot away from the stay.

The flat was clean Well-kept Close to the beach.

The washing machine didnt work. The water pressure was terrible in the bathroom. The shower was either hot or cold. Quite a bit of the inventory in the kitchen was missing eg; no scissors.

The flatlet is very centralized, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. The "complex" was very peacefull. The key collection and drop off was super convenient. The instuctions was communicated in advance.

Nothing very disappointing

The stairs was terrible and we were not informed of this. No help or escalators. Made it difficult with two babies The rooms felt very unsafe and uneasy beds also weren't comfortable Many wierd noises at night Sliding door was stuck Main door wood was broken No towels No kitchen sponge No cots No toilet paper Place didn't feel or smell clean and fresh Bedrooms Felt very exposed if curtains were open Geyser was off on arrival

The location was perfect. Right by the beach, restaurants and some entertainments. It was close to alot of amenities

Never met the host, no reception area. Only communicate through WhatsApp. TV never worked

Relaxing

The location is walking distance to the beach and shopping areas, plus it is directly opposite the fishing area. The apartment is neat and tidy and in a very quite surrounding. Enjoyed our stay alot.

They can improve the shower.

What breakfast?

The steps,you realy cane put someone their to help, We stay on the 5th floor. I just want to know was that nr 503 realy the only flat that you have for us? the stepps was realy a problem,because i suffer with my knee,hip,and leg.
