Two older couples travelling together, the house was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to town, very comfortable, just made you feel like you were living in Albany. Host was very easy to deal with.

Lotti’s House is a lovely place. Very comfortable and cosy, good kitchen set up, and nice linens. Plenty of places on the veranda to watch the views. It was nice to have a wood fire for the cooler nights. Highly recommended.

We had 3 couples in our group. Rooms were lovely and the vases of flowers added a lovely touch. Loves the idea of the robes! Had a great 3 nights looking at the water and playing games. Central to everything. The host was wonderful and very informative about the local area.

Had a wonderful time, host was very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful old house with plenty of space.
Only thing I could possibly fault is that while it is a very short walk to the city centre, there is a rather steep hill to climb on the walk back.

Gorgeous art filled Art Deco cottage, beautifully presented by a welcoming host. Fabulous position, with water views from balcony and bed, and is in walking distance to quaint pubs and cafes.
Will definitely be back.

Comfy clean house with ocean view. Could do with blinds in main bedroom and somewhere to hang clothes. Issue with false charges not the owner’s fault with extra fees tacked on. Am currently trying to deal with this issue that has totally ruined our family holiday.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Lotti’s House. Not only was the house beautiful and welcoming, but the feel was breathtaking with awesome views from the balcony and lounge room. A lovely fireplace that was a joy to use.

Lottis house is full of warmth and character. Even though we stayed in the cold of winter the fire kept us warm and added to our coziness. The view across the town, the water and horizon was blissful. We live in perth and I came to Albany for work so the peacefulness was just what I was hoping for after a busy day at work.

This is a gorgeous cottage with great views of Princess harbour. We spent a lot of time of the balcony enjoying the scenery. The cottage is well appointed and we did not want for anything.
Recommended.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The weather was a bit inclement, so we stayed in more than usual. Warm, cosy and comfortable… lovely touches like fresh flowers and chocolates were appreciated. Thanks Libby!

The property was beautiful with gorgeous views, verandahs and gardens. It was well supplied with necessities although the coffee cups were quite small. Our bed in the front room was very comfortable, but others staying said the ensuite room bed was hard. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, but could do with better window treatments as the sun woke everyone early. The living areas were awesome and were a great family space. Our grandsons bride had a beautiful place to get ready on her big day. Libby was very nice. Parking a bit awkward as was getting luggage in and out, however the views were worth it.
A bit disappointing that a whole day there we had jackhammering next door from morning to night, hostess seemed not concerned about how this impacted our stay.

The accommodation was centrally located and easily accessed. What a delight to walk into a home so warm and inviting. The decor included an extensive library, art works and treasured collections to admire. We loved the quaint and quality furniture, including very comfortable (and high) beds. There was plenty of room for 2 couples to enjoy time together.
