My partner and I arrived at this hotel (if you can call it that) and were greeted by an empty corridor. We used the lift to the first floor where we were met by a member of staff who did not seem interested. He escorted us to our room, similar to how I imagine a prisoner is escorted to their cell. Upon entering the room, our attention was immediately drawn to the thick black mould across the entire ceiling as well as the thick black hairs strewn across the bed, the cigarette burn on the duvet and the already damp floor in the bathroom. The 30 seconds we remained in the hotel/cell were disgusting and disappointing and we left promptly. The hotel attempted to acquire the money from us for the room, whereby they were told it was a s*** hole and no chance. The only positive of this hotel is that there is an exit, so you can leave after your sentence.

Didn’t like anything except the door out.

Dirty room, bedsheets. Room full of termites and insects. Overall horrible experience. Never visiting again. Misleading information provided by Bookings.com. pathetic.

waste of money and comfort

just it was near to railways station

location , service , management, electricity ( it was only 2 long and 4 short cuts), breakfast was just a single small paratha of 2 bites and tea. room service even u have to ask for toilet papers ,towel and shop in the room and there was no tv connection in the TV.

Value for money hotel in prime location

It was a good value for money hotel. Located in walking distance from the railway station and Clock Tower. You can find buses and shared cabs from the Railway Station.

No toiletries provided. No towel provided. No mosquito repellent (Good Knight or All Out) provided, despite repeated requests. No clothes hanger or cupboard.

Satisfied customer satisfaction

The manager Mr.Ravi was extremely helpful inspite of him working 24 hrs as the reliever had gone on leave. The room was spotlessly clean and no cockroaches .The food was good but service was slow. Overall had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended. Beds are pretty big.

Not great in terms of kitchen services and cleanliness, but good in terms of staff services

The staffs were friendly.

The kitchen service wasn't up to mark. There was never any breakfast available except tea, that also was available only half of the time i ordered.

It's not the similar what we have been seen in the advertising. Heater was not working.

TV was not working, washroom heater was not working. Room was dirty. Over all bad experience.

False advertisement, A/C doesent work

Booking.com was advertised 700 total, including taxes. On arrival they demanded 800, 100 for some internal made up taxes. After i wanted to see the room first, the A/C didnt work and staff had really "annoyed by the customers" attitude as well. Also, since it was "no refund" booking, they refused to cancel my booking.

I didn't get a chance to stay at the property as they informed me after reaching the place that the place is overbooked! If the place was overbooked then they shouldn't have accepted my online booking (I had paid advance as well) luckily I reached in the day time so I could go somewhere else to stay but imagine reaching the hotel solo at night and staff tells you that sorry mam we don't have rooms available. We can accomodate you in some other property which is bit far from here. Extremely poor online presence and sense of responsibility.

The hotel was no longer listed as a Fab hotel and my booking got changed last minute to another hotel.
