"The hotel restaurant was superb. We had some of the best meals of our trip right here!"

Only gym will be the missing point, but as per the reception, they are going to open the gym by next month. Except this all the things are awesome.

Comfortable rooms and good location

Good location, reasonable room rates

The staff caused issues re booking taxis on two occasions. The first was to take me to a doctor’s appointment - the second was to take us to the airport. On the first occasion reception said they would book a taxi for a specific time - when I called to check where the taxi was at this time they said they hadn’t booked it. On the second occasion our taxi to the airport did not show up but reception did not check this or let us know.

Marred by the theft I discovered when I got home so could not lodge a complaint at the hotel.

Location was easy distance to everything

I had little trinkets stolen from my bag. Rings, necklaces etc. Just small enough for cleaners to put in their pockets.

Good place to stay but make sure u have sufficient time for check-in

Delay in Room service No facilities apart from staying in room Price didn't match to what facilities were provided Proper room wasn't allotted. After informing them about balcony with conde, they made us wait to get that room Early check-in wasn't allowed. Check-in time was 2pm. Which is too late.

The property overcharged the stay, I moved out and stayed at a 5 star hotel, paid the same price but had a lot more facilities, help, and support all for the same cost. Not worth it at all.

Property is well done. It appears to be in its early days. Upkeep of the facility in the long run will decide the value for money aspect.

Overall very good facility in a nice location. I have already recommended to my friends.

Breakfast was good. Fresh juice in the morning and two three varieties of South Indian breakfast items and fantastic coffee. Very friendly staff.

Exceptional

Simple, Clean and absolutely delighted. Value for money. Staff is very attentive and courteous. A word for Sneha at the reception, who was super helpful and efficient. Did our check in for the rooms almost ready on WhatsApp when we arrived. During the stay too. I need a lot of water to drink. And the hotel provided as much I ordered on a complimentary basis. Thank you.

Breakfast could be improved. Omlettes were not provided. Only boiled eggs. But one must remember that they are indeed a simple basic serviced apartments, by their charges.

Sad service, unserviced suites.

It should be called “unserviced suites” instead. Bad service. Water has to be paid for in a serviced suite is ridiculous. Ask for anything and wait for a minimum of 45 minutes even after multiple reminders. Strange.
