The hotel is excellent. Not only is it clean, but also stylish, thoughtfully designed. Modern facilities within an alpine designed building. Breathtaking views of Mont Blanc from our balcony. Service couldn’t have been better. The most comfortable sleep of our holiday, which included three different hotels. We didn’t have time to see Saint Gervais les Bains itself because spent the day in Chamonix but seems like a fun town with lots to do.
The shower could be slightly better designed.

We travel a lot and stayed at this hotel for one night on the way to Switzerland , we wish we had stayed here a few nights and will be back , the setting is idyllic , the hotel beautiful and charming but the staff are absolutely exceptional! service and attention to detail is exceptional without being invasive , so welcoming - this is the gold standard of how a hotel should be run ! In house bakery /cafe was also handy to pack a bite to eat for picnics on hikes or enroute !
Thank you
Nothing , it was fantastic

- Absolutely amazing service all around, the staff is very helpful, polite and friendly, from reception to spa, restaurants etc. Because of the lack of snow in the nearby slopes, the hotel offered to transfer us free of charge to a 20 min drive ski station with better snow to make sure we can enjoy our holidays (for the entire duration of our stay). The concierges were extremely helpful and catered to our every needs with great professionalism, big shout out to Charlotte and Thibaud and the manager of the hotel Mr Bastiat.
- The hotel is is very tastefully decorated and the quality of all the material and finish are absolutely top notch, bonus for the Bluetooth speakers in the room and bathroom's ceiling.
- Great spa with views on the Dome des Miages from the pool and jacuzzy
- Surrounding is beautiful, and the concierges will gladly advise you on things to do, from hiking to food.

The private chalet is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It is a wonderful house with everything you could need and in a great location in Chamonix. The views are breathtaking.
There is nothing we didn’t like.

This hotel is world-class. The quality of the fittings is extremely high and the staff are very attentive. They really want you to enjoy your stay in their hotel and the surrounding region. Our children loved their "mezzanine" floor, in the family room, which is ideal for husband/wife + 2 kids. It is a boutique hotel so only a small number of bedrooms (seventeen, I believe) which means that everything is close by. Lovely boulangerie on the ground floor, excellent pool, spa, sauna, hammam on the 1st floor. Across the road (20 metres walk) a very nice European cuisine restaurant. Incredible Japanese style toilet and integrated TV in the master bed footrest. Real attention to detail has been paid to this hotel.
Gastronomic restaurant and nearby restaurants often fully booked, but then we also left our dinner reservations to the last minute. There is a small mini-market near the hotel for essentials, which came in very handy.

That was the best experience for me and my family,my kids loved the place ; the garden was marvelous with the natural water fountain and the breakfast was prepared each morning at our chalet with care. Thank you very much and i will definitely come back again
The net services was alittle not working maybe due to high altitude

exceptional 5 star hotel in a perfect location! quiet, relaxed, best services, cozy. best during bad weather when you can be alone in spa

The hotel is beautifully designed and offers everything you could need from a short stay. The bakery offers delicious drinks, lunches and delectable pastries. The spa is a sanctuary with wonderfully clean facilities and views over mint Blanc. The rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable, cosy and complete with all the small touches.
What however truly makes this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly helpful, the concierge team Allesandra and Vincent helped arrange the most wonderful itinerary before we even arrived. When we did arrive, they made sure our trip was seamless. Beyond welcoming and helpful, no request to difficult. I cannot praise the staff enough, I haven’t stopped raving about them!
The village was beautiful but very quiet. Limited choice of skiing options for a complete beginner. But lots of places nearby to pick up good connections.
