Very good

Absolutely spotlessly clean.The young man who greeted us was extremely friendly and helpful. The pictures don't do it justice, it is much nicer when you arrive. We stayed an extra week, as they were able to accomodate us, it was very relaxing and comfortable.

We loved the Cotobro area and will definitely return again to explore.

The location to the beach and the local restaurant was about 2 minutes, and into the town of Almuñécar a level stroll along the beach road took only 10-15 minutes depending on pace. The bay was very beautiful and at the time of year we were there was very quiet. The owner is a really nice guy and was very concerned for us when a problem at the property that was not his fault did cause some problems during our stay. He was excellent.

Although the apartment is in a wonderful position for the beach, the outside terrace really doesn’t have a view. Without being unkind, we both felt that the apartment is ‘tired’ and needs a complete revamp to bring it up to current day expectations. The kitchen equipment was very poor and spartan, many essentials were missing and quantities not suitable for more than two people. A trip to a certain Swedish store in Malaga and a few hundred Euros spent could turn this place into a really well equipped and comfortable apartment. I would love the opportunity to transform it! I do hope that the owner takes these comments on board in an encouraging way and that this is no reflection on him. We got on very well with him and he was most helpful.
