Very good location and very good the common kitchen
The noise of the fridge, small room.
4.5
clean, convenient location, nice neighborhood, near the T station
Storage room has a funny smell. The laundromat is coin-operated, therefore making it inconvenient for foreign tourists.

we were very flexible with the arrival as the check in was completely contactless. the room was on the smaller side but this was not a surprise and exactly as advertised. the bathroom was very nice and additionally to the fridge and microwave there is also easy access to a shared kitchen in case one wants to cook. the whole house has a very nice and welcoming style, we really loved it. the area is lovely with shops and restaurants arround and downtown is easy to reach by T. We 100% recommend this place.

Nothing extraordinary
Bad parking availability. Locked money in my account affected my cash flow.
Checked out before 11am and 12hours after, locked funds still LOCKED.

The room is small but cute and has pretty much whatever you might need for a short stay. I was surprised when I opened the storage room as it is humongous and we managed to fit our luggage so they were out of our way. The neighbourhood is quite and there’s a train station a couple of minutes away.
I found the whole check in experience quite daunting. We asked if we could check in early or just come earlier and drop our stuff and the answer to both was a straight no. When we arrived was no one there and we needed to have an internet connection so that we could find the codes for the doors.
The thing that annoyed me the most is that there was a cleaning fee of 75 dollars that is not displayed when first looking at the property listing. To be fair that might be an issue with booking.com as they only show it right before finalising the booking. Given that the only reason why we stayed there was because we wanted something cheap for one night, it ended up being more expensive than proper hotels. On the plus side though, the room smelled like bleach and it felt like someone did some serious cleaning which was a bit of a relief.
Important to mention that once I booked the property (for staying there the next day) only then I realised that it was more expensive than hotels. I asked if I could cancel (like 20 minutes after booking), the answer I got was that I would lose my money due to booking.com guidelines.
Other thing, the checkin system they have is something you need to register yourself to and they are really aggressive with comms around the fact that you have not told then what time you’re arriving and what time you’re leaving or that you haven’t done x.
Because of all the above, I think the property management could do much better as I felt like this was a “we have a few apartments let’s make some money out of them without providing anything else” type of business.

Home away from home. Great stay. I recommend!

I stayed in #34 and #29 and was pleasantly pleased. The rooms were clean, nice atmosphere, just the right amount of space for a studio. Two people fit fine.
I was not pleased with room # 36 or 16. The rooms were small, crowded, dingy, I requested to be moved from both rooms.

The location was very good. in a quiet neighborhood but close to a Green Line T stop. The room was small, but perfect for one or two people...the kitchenette was very nice to have in the room and the full community kitchen and lounge area very nice to have for more space and longer stays.
Can't think of anything...this was perfect for our 3-day visit.
