Well appointed except for old tv and bedroom blind. Very comfortable and lovely.

Spacious and clean. Had great views and airconditioning. Close to town. Great pool. Large bathroom, very comfortable overall.

The tv was old, had to buy an adapter to use laptop to gain access to Netflix. Couldn’t get HD channels or watch the tennis when stations switched. Did send a message to this platform with no reply. Tried to leave a phone message too, no reply. Blinds in bedroom need fixing. Let in too much light as well.

Nice

Clean and well maintained

Disliked that the whole bottom floor had huge gazebos up blocking our view of the lawn area and the unable to watch down to the bank of the lake. Felt uncomfortable to use the lawn given the bottom floor units had all taken over with gazebos.

Amazing location, easy access and undercover parking. laundry facilities, linen and towels included in your stay.

Good for the price but could have been much better with a walk in shower and an en-suite.

The view was spectacular. Very good location.

The shower in the spa bath. Very dangerous. Small bedroom dark and dingy.

Convenient location. Great view. Spacious.

Coffee machine not working. Bathroom taps poor condition. Pedal bin not working properly. Bathroom cold. No tissues, spare toilet roll or loo spray.

Amazing view from the apartment. Great location. Beds very comfortable. Undercover parking was grea Living room and facilities good. Coffee machine but we could not get the pods to work. Heating was good. Overall we loved our time here and great potential as the renovation continues.

The apartment is still being renovated. Taps were not secured in the bathroom. Kitchen was OK but some small things that to me would make a differnce, we couldn't find a cheese knife, frypans were older, tired and small. No really sharp kitchen knife. There was also a gap in the window frame which had come away from the wall allowing cold air to come in that needs to be repaired. Older people may also find the over bath shower a bit dangerous. No internet access.

overall loved the place, was beautiful and great value for money.

Place was exactly as pictured, beautiful location, plenty of space, clean, quiet, comfortable, beds were great!

No real complaints but if I had to name something, there was no wifi or tv in bedroom. Bathroom was rather cold, but it is winter.

Disappointing.

The beds and the couches were comfortable

Woke to find tilers working on the balcony. They accessed via extension ladder without notification or prior warning. We could not use the balcony during our stay and had to have curtains drawn and interior lights on during the day whilst workers were there. Apartment 34 should not have been rented out whilst work still in progress. Several maintenance issues such as toilet full flush button not working, shower tap head falling off whilst turning it, fluro lights blinking and blinds in all rooms difficult to use. No WiFi at all!

Bedding not as advertised

Location

When we booked the 2 bedroom apartment, it was advertised as sleeping 7. When we arrived, we found it only slept 4. This was not going to work for our guests and sleeping arrangements. I contacted the owner who said that the advertising had not been updated on "Bookings.com" since he had carried out some work in the apartment. I tried to fine alternative accommodation but it was too late, everywhere i tried could not accommodate us. I spoke to the owner about how disappointed we were. He offered a discount to which I accepted. We had to put two couches together for one of the guests. It was quite dirty under where the couch was. Cupboard door hanging off in the kitchen. Wall not completed/painted behind main double bed. After many messages to the owner, he has not returned my calls/messages, hence I have not seen any discount at all.

The view from the balcony & the location was great.

There was a swimming cap & swimsuit left in the bathroom (I’m guessing from the previous guests), the bed sheets were a bit dirty and had hair on them and the toilet flush wasn’t working properly so it needed a few flushes to get it clean.

Good but not great

View of lake was amaxing. 2nd bedroom was cooler and more comfortable Clean and well equiped

Main bedroom air-conditioner was making a loud clicking noise every 5 min. When we turned it off it still continued to be noisy and room became hot. We were luck we moved to 2nd bedroom.

A great apartment, great location with excellent facilities.

The location and view of the lake weee fantastic.

The actual apartment inside was very clean however the two balconies were quite dirty. I realise that there are a lot of insects in the area but it appeared the balconies had not been cleaned for some time. This is constructive criticism and not meant to be offensive and we would certainly stay there again in the future.

After the messy check in the stay was actually perfect.

it had everything we needed . the view was beautiful. the location was perfect

check in was extremely difficult and stressful! the address given was not complete. there was no where to actually check in! there were no instructions given by the owner before checking in although when we could finally contact them after an hour and a half he tried to say he had previously emailed which he Definitely hadn’t! there was a door code which we also did not have until the eventual contact! it was very upsetting as we had 2 nights booked and the staff from the other locations close to where we were staying were running around trying to help us. it was very stressful

Great property only missing the mark at the margins.

The view of the lake, plenty of kitchen equipment. Easy close undercover parking, comfortable couches etc

No wifi is a bit rich these days. Evidence of slack cleaning.

Absolutely beautiful spot, just perfect!

Beautiful location , nicely decorated, comfy beds, and everything that was needed plus more! The coffee machine was a bonus. Exactly like the photos! We hope to return sometime soon

Not a dislike, but a little awkward getting in and out of the shower, as you need to stand in the spa bath.

Lovely apartment with gorgeous lake view. Quiet, comfortable and in the perfect location to enjoy a relaxing week away.

Perfect, quiet location with beautiful view of the lake. Bed was comfortable. A relaxing place to stay.

Minor maintenance that wouldn’t take much effort wasn’t done, light bulb blown, toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Otherwise 10/10
