About this house rental
Our villa in Binibeca is a summer highlight for relaxing & dreaming or just for hanging around. A holiday villa with great attention to detail! An open large kitchen, sea views from inside and outside the house (not only from roof top) and bright & modern elements combined with the Menorquin style offer a great feel-good factor. It is our pleasure to share this feeling with our guests.
The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet and without traffic. All amenities are literally across the street. A small path leads down to Cala Torret where you find a little supermarket, a bakery and some frontline restaurants.
The closest beach “Binibeca Playa” with its fantastic beach bar is just a 5 minutes’ walk away even with small children pretty easy.
The house has a sunbathed living and dining area which is connected with the open kitchen. The living room has a seating area with sofa and two armchairs, a TV flat screen (satellite & cable) and a round dining table with chairs. High ceilings with exposed wooden beams and lots of light create a cozy ambience.
The kitchen is completely & fully equipped and from here, from the dining table and the counter one enjoys beautiful sea views!
There are three bedrooms: the main bedroom has a 1.60m double bed, the second bedroom has a 1.40m double bed and the third bedroom has a 1,20m bed. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes, mirrors, fans and mosquito nets on the windows.
Bathrooms: There is a fully equipped bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and a double washbasin. Further a separate toilet with a sink. Both bathrooms have windows to the outside. We need to mention the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In summer it´s simply unbeatable! It is located by the pool "in the green" – Feel free to take a shower unobserved under the open sky.
From the living room you reach a covered terrace. A large table with 6 cozy chairs invites you to stay and relax. In summer a shady pleasant place, in spring and autumn flooded with sunlight and wind-protected. Three steps from the terrace and you jump into the pool or rest on one of the comfortable sun-loungers.
The house has an own high speed WiFi router and offers good connectivity from every place.
Further features of the house are: a separate laundry room, with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, broom, recycling bags and sun umbrella(s). A clothesline is behind the house and on the terrace you are invited to use the gas-barbecue-grill (Weber). A gas bottle is always available to our guests.
Your car can be parked easily on the driveway or on the street (cul-de-sac).
Especially the very little ones are welcome! In the main bedroom a baby-cot could be placed, which we gladly provide free of charge. Further available are a high chair, children's cutlery, plastic plates and cups. In the bathroom you find a potty and a step, and on the terrace a children's table with two small chairs.
The island and nature are important to us! Therefore we try to avoid single use plastic wherever we can! The house has a high-quality osmosis filter and remineralisation system. Type: ELEMENTO 4 PURO, from European production. It´s a nanofiltration system of the latest technology. The filters are reliably changed by qualified personnel at the prescribed intervals. The water quality is checked regularly. Enjoy the purest mineralised drinking water.
Regarding safety: The main bedroom has a built-in safe. Smoke detectors are installed in all bedrooms and the corridor. The fire extinguisher is located at a designated place in the living room, fire blankets in the kitchen and floor and you have access to a first-aid kit - Let's just hope that all this is never needed.
There are no big rules - everyone should feel comfortable and on holiday ... therefore we simply ask you to handle everything with care. Should something happen or break, just inform us. Everything can be solved. Many thanks.

We had a fabulous stay in this amazing villa. The views are wonderful, the villa was very clean and well equipped. Having the filtered water tap and water bottles for chilling drinking water was great. Slept well with comfortable beds and very good ceiling fans. Hope we can come back!

The villa has a very welcoming feel to it. Every little detail has been given thought to and it was so well equipped and the villa was so clean. It is in a lovely quiet location with excellent easy access to the supermarket and restaurants.
Ulrike, the host, is just amazing and cannot do enough to make sure everything is ok. We have rented other holiday villas in Binibeca and the hosts have been ok to good but this time the host has been superb.
A huge bonus was the filtered water from the inbuilt system. Just lovely when chilled in the fridge in the bottles which were also provided. No carrying heavy bottles from the supermarket.
The bedroom ceiling fans are very good.

We stayed two weeks at this little gem of a house. So well appointed and comfortable…pool was just pristine and refreshing after a day at the beach. This house is very near stores, shops and restaurants, but tucked away for privacy and quiet. Perfect for people with a few kids as all can walk down to this sandy beach of Binibeca. The owner, Ulrike as so great to deal with, informative and nice. We hope to rent again in the future. A++

We had a fantastic relaxing holiday here. Our host Ulrike could not have been more accomodating and especially understanding as we had to postpone our original booking due to the pandemic. Her comms with us throughout could not be faulted. The villa was extremely well equipped and spotless. The location was great, a 5 minute walk to the sea and Cala Torret, where there were a small selection of excellent restaurants, bakery and supermarket, and 10 mins to the beach. It was really quiet and relaxed around the whole area. The pool was fantastic and we were hardly out of it. We visited Binibeca when it was especially hot and so the only difficulty we had was at night trying to sleep unfortunately. The numerous fans provided couldn't cope, whereas any other week they may have worked fine. The Cala's were great if you wanted to avoid sand and crowding on the local beach. Snorkelling was wonderful. Would love to visit again.

Excellent property and host
Just returned from an amazing week, villa and location were perfect. Ulrike made the stay stress free and was a perfect host . Nothing was too much trouble. Attention to detail at the property was first class. We have booked again straight away for next year!

Location et hôte parfaites.
Maison très agréable avec piscine et préau très appréciables, équipement complet (rien ne manque), dans une zone de l’île très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons la maison ainsi qu’Ulrike qui a fait tout ce qui était possible pour faciliter notre séjour (très arrangeante sur les horaires d’arrivé et départ).

Superb villa in a beautiful location
Given the ever changing Covid rules it was such a relief to have such a communicative and helpful property owner in Ulrike.
The villa is absolutely fantastic. Extremely clean, very well equipped (beach towels, water bottles and water bottles for the fridge as well as a Nespresso machine) not forgetting water filter so no need for plastic bottles of water.
There is no air con but the fans kept us perfectly cool and given the location there is always a lovely breeze from the sea.
The location is perfect - walking distance to the local supermarket, restaurants and beach.
Some lovely spots where you can walk, jump into the water from the rocks and snorkel. Bliss.
I would prefer not to recommend this villa so we could always ensure it is available but … that would be a bit selfish.
Our fave bits of the villa - veranda with dining table overlooking the pool, the roof top terrace for early morning coffee and sundown drinks and the pool (of course). As well as the amazing views of the sea … I could go on. Thanks Ulrike for such a wonderful stay.

Villa preciosa
La casa es preciosa , el porche increíble tanto de día como de noche (no solo se ve el mar sino que se escucha y se siente su brisa )
Cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar las vacaciones.
Nosotros hemos estado con 3 niños (dos de ellos menores de 5 años) y no ha habido nada que hayamos echado en falta.
La ubicación es buena ( restaurantes y comercios muy cerca ), muy tranquila y la cala Binibeca (accesible andando desde la casa) es preciosa !
La piscina y su entorno es perfecta tanto para los adultos como para los niños.
Y de la anfitriona solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento . Ulrike ha estado muy pendiente en todo momento para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta (desde el mismo momento en que realizamos la reserva, hasta nuestra vuelta a casa) .

Impecable y con un porche estupendo
La casa tiene un porche desde el que se ve un poco el mar, el jardín está muy cuidado. La casa muy ordenada y limpia. Detalles cuidados con gusto. Excelente ubicación cerca de Playa, bares y restaurantes caminando. Trato muy amable. Repetiremos.

Pleasant family beach house
Nice beach house in Cale Torret. Very clean, cozy and furbished with care in the details. Ideal for family with 2 children. We have made our choice thanks to positive recommendations including high speed internet, an obligation in COVID circonstances. On this point, we had to face problems with WIFI connexion. Thanks to reactivity and concern of Ulrike, it has been solved and certainly the future visitors will benefit from more powerful and stable Wi-Fi connexion.

A little Gem
We had a beautiful holiday. the Villa was immaculate. This was the most peaceful & relaxed property we have ever stayed in, enjoying both the pool, beaches & Restaurants nearby & further afield. Also good to be more spontaneous with a lovely gas barbecue.
Ulrike was also the most communicative helpful owner we have ever dealt with & nothing was too much bother.
The Utility room was a bonus and to have the opportunity & facility to recycle our rubbish whilst on holiday was perfect as we always feel guilty when not able to do so as we do at home.
We thought the property would benefit from Air Conditioning particularly in high season & more UK tv channels would be good as the only one we could find was Sky News. These are only minor negatives and would not stop us from visiting again.

So relaxing
The 4 of us stayed at Bininur and relaxed from the first moment we arrived. The villa is stylish and super clean with all that you need...a modern kitchen, frothy coffee maker and anything you need for cooking. The girls lived the pool which again was super clean. The shop is less than a minute away as are several good restaurants. The beach is so restful and just 5 minutes away. A huge thank you to Ulrike for being such a warm host...We will definitely be back! Thank you.

What a fantastic place to stay. Close to restaurants, beach and supermarket. From the garden you can see and hear the sea. It is a very tranquil setting and perfect for a relaxing break.
Ulrike the owner was very helpful and made the booking process very easy, nothing was too much trouble for her.
Villa was very clean and had all the facilities you need (oven, microwave, bbq, laundry room etc).
The first couple of nights were a bit hot as no air-con, however fans are provided and once we had climatized after the first couple of days this was no problem.
The pool is a good size and was cleaned twice a week.
I cannot recommend this villa highly enough, we are already considering revisiting next year.

Fantastic Villa, great location and couldn’t ask for a better service
From the moment we made contact to enquiry about booking the villa Ulrike has provided an execellent service to ensure our family holiday was one to remember. Any questions were answered in detail and very quickly. You couldn’t ask for a better owner.
In terms of the the villa itself, the pictures online probably don’t do it justice, the location and views are outstanding. We know the area but didn’t realise how close it was to the amenities in Cala Torret. The bakery is a must visit. The 5 min walk to binibeca beach is such a plus to.
The spec of the villa is again great with espresso machine and milk frother included etc. The terrace and pool are a definite highlight and it was great to see the kids jump in straight after breakfast.
My only two small negatives and hence not 5 stars are that it doesn’t have aircon. Ulrike does provide fans and it does get better once you have climitised but in August with the temperatures I was surprised the villa didn’t have this integrated. Also the bedrooms were a little cosy and if a group of six shared it may get a little claustrophobic however the living space is fantastic again.
I would definitely recommend this to families and groups of 4/5 people. Our holiday was pretty much perfect.

La maison est très agréable,parfaitement équipée,tout à côté des commerces (restaurants.epicerie,boulangerie)par le petit chemin et à 5 minutes de la plage
Il n y a rien a redire ,la terrasse est grande et surplombe une magnifique piscine avec une jolie vue sur la mer.
Le quartier est très calme .
Voyageant avec un bébé ,Ulrike nous avait tout prévu ...et a même eu la gentillesse de nous permettre un late check out

Beautiful Property
We stayed in Ulrike’s beautiful Villa in Binibequer and it could not have been more lovely. The villa itself was modern and comfortable and the pool was so clean and refreshing. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils and dishes and there is a wonderful porch to sit out and enjoy a meal . The grocery store and restaurants are walking distance as well as the beach. Ulrike is very responsive to any requests you may have! I highly recommend property and would love to stay again!

Fantastic location, lovely pool, modern kitchen, lots of space and a roof terrace to die for!!
We visited with my 6 mi th old
Daughter and the location to the shops, some restaurants and the beach were perfect. Ulrike sorted out a high chair and travel cot for us and the villa itself is perfect. Even better for our little one was the fact that all the windows had shutters and fly nets for easy sleeping! Then a gorgeous pool and sea views from the roof terrace that made the stay!! Loved it!

Cannot recommend this villa enough
From initial booking of this villa, to our final day, Ulrike has made us feel so welcome and couldn't have been more helpful. You won't want for anything here, every need has been thoughtfully anticipated and provided for. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival with fresh bedding and plenty of towels for use by the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of crockery, cooking utensils, microwave and fresh water waiting for us in the fridge. The layout of the house is great with two toilets (always handy) two roof terraces providing amazing views, and a really handy laundry room with washing machine and pool toys. The location is in a peaceful, secluded cul de sac just two minute walk from a well appointed supermarket and selection of really nice restaurants on the seafront. There are two parts to Binibequer, Vell and Nou. The latter is very quiet and relaxed, with Vell being a bit more developed and 'touristy'. We only stayed for a week but found the island very nice and very easy to get around. Would highly recommend a visit to Cova d’en Xoroi which was stunning, although situated in a very touristy neighbourhood which wasn't to our taste so recommend eating elsewhere if you're not a fan of Bristish menus when abroad. Book in advance for the sunset and arrive early to get a good spot for the spectacular view!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa : située dans un lieu calme, elle offre une belle vue, et est très proche à pied à la fois des commerces, des restaurants et de la plage.
De plus, elle a été équipée joliment et avec intelligence, rien ne nous a manqué.
