With regard to furnishings and equipment, we have endeavored to achieve the best possible comfort and "feel-good factor" for you while maintaining generous freedom of movement.

The modern and timeless furniture is combined with antique furnishings.
For example, in the living room, a reconditioned antique living table offers you today a very generous workplace for concentrated work with all necessary connection and charging devices, ample storage space, good work light and much more. Internet TV with many streaming apps such as Youtube, Netflix or Maxdome are just as much part of the living room as Internet radio so that you can receive broadcasters worldwide. After a long day, let yourself fall on the oversized sofa or make yourself comfortable in the reading chair, put your legs up and enjoy the Internet TV program, listen to music or read and browse through the small library with numerous books and magazines entertaining and interesting topics that we provide on site.

In three summer months from May to July / August you can hear and observe the swifts from your apartment or from the farm, who visit us each year during the breeding season and let us surprise and astonish people with their breathtaking acrobatic flight maneuvers. The protection of the swifts, which are called "swifts" in English, is very important to us - that is why they became namesake of your city apartment.
