Nice location, but big climb !!

We liked the location on the mountain, the view is awesome. Breakfast was also very nice: Lot of fruits, eggs and toast.

The address given here is not correct, it was a challenge finding the place. Few power sockets in the room which are all taken, so we had to sacrifice either the fridge of the tv to charge our devices.

- Nice view of the city - Staff is polite

- Moldy walls and AC unit - Holes in the blankets - Stained sheets, pillows and blankets - Bad plumbing (water drips for 2 mins before flowing properly, shower head was loose and fell on my head)

Good.

Lovely view of the valley from the terrace outside the room. The breakfast was very nice, exceptional in fact. The waiter cum receptionist was very efficient and polite.

It is a bit inaccessible. Also the address given is misleading: it is off the road mentioned in the address. It was a bit difficult to work on my laptop.

Poor service

The location is beautiful and you got a view dor the whole valley and the breakfast was nice.

However the service is a full disaster, our rooms door could not be closed and the guy whom i asked help from just laughed on this "small" issue. Spoiler: i did not find it funny not at all. The staff speaks english on a very low level. Ants are everywhere in the room and we don’t have enough hot water. I recommend to RECONSIDER!

location, Staff and food are better than expected level. In a short reservation less than 30min they have arranged our room. Staff is so helpful. Breathtaking view in the night and morning. Recommended.

Don't disappoint customers last moment.

After the reservation, when we arrived and on the way to the hotel, the staff claim that they didn't have any water and there is a water cut in the area but still as a reputed hotel, they didn't have an over head tank. So shameful and very disappointed since they asked us to move to another place last minute and the other place was lacking facilities. Please don't disappoint customers like this.

Facilities, AC was not working properly, n the amenities was not there for us. They had round pin sockets n all equipments such as water heaters etc. had squares. Not so well n cleaned. No tea cups, no water bottles we had to buy them additional payment were there.

no wifi. no blanket/ duvet/ bed sheet to go over you. only one plug socket and it was high up on the wall. kettle and fridge in room but they don’t reach the plug.

Nothing.

This was one of the most negative experiences with hotels in my life: the room was completely infested with black fungus, even the smell in the room was unbearable, the walls and the ceiling were blackish. Also there was no windows in the room (and I booked it for a “gorgeous view”), only a door which led right to the steep dangerous staircase without any fence of handrail - it’s very dangerous even for adults and I was travelling with my 3y.o. baby! This hotel is completely unsafe for children and shouldn’t host them - the risk to fall down from 5-7 meters is super high. I ended up with the owner shouting at me on the phone. And afterwards I had to search for a new hotel and a taxi to get away from the place though no one wanted to come to that location in the late evening. I payed for both taxis - to come and to leave the place. The owner didn’t even try to help somehow. Later he just ignored the attempt of “Booking.com” manager to talk and settle down the conflict. Strongly not recommended to stay in this hotel.

worth the money spent for the stay

Sri Lankan Breakfast provided.It was great and delicious! We enjoyed a lot

Not enough space inside bathrooms. And not satisfactory about the cleanliness of the bathroom. No soap holder, No towel holder. Hot water did not work on the final day of the stay. Bathroom entrance did not have a carpet.
