A part le stationnement et le bruit, séjour très agréable.

En plein centre

Pas de stationnement possible en intérieur de résidence, voiture a stationner en pleine rue onéreux et pas pratique 2h max, ou en parking souterrain à 40E les 24h. Mal insonorisé rue très bruyante.

good place for its value; bad internet

The bed was nice, the hotel facilities, like common room and the kitchen were also nice. The check-in lady was very friendly.

The wifi didn't work for 2 out of 3 days that I was staying. Don't know if this is a single-time issue or a persistent one. Fact is that they didn't fix it during the first day and haven't done that on the next day either. Since I had to do some work during this travel, having no internet in the facility was quite annoying.

Bem localizada e espaço comum agradável com cozinha e geladeira.

É um quarto bom, mas tem problemas com umidade e cheira a mofo. Pra quem é alérgico, impossível.

Die Unterkunft ist mitten im Zentrum, die Altstadt etc. ist schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen!

Atendimento impecável! Localização maravilhosa. Nível da acomodação conforme esperado.

Apenas uma observação sobre as toalhas e o pano de chão da casa de banho (em ambos os casos, estavam manchados ou rasgados)

No es mala opción para alojarse pero las hay mejores

La habitación estaba muy limpia y el baño estaba nuevo.

El colchón no era cómodo y por dejar las maletas menos de tres horas para que nos las guardasen nos cobraron 8 euros.

Ótimo custo/benefício

A localização é ótima. O quarto era extremamente limpo e confortável. A cozinha, muito bem equipada. O banheiro/chuveiro ótimos. A cordialidade e flexibilidade da equipe também foram um ponto muito positivo. Voltarei sempre que possível

Uma proposta interessante , o elevador estava quebrado, um porteiro muito gentil carregou minha mala. Ganhei um Espresso no primeiro dia , na chegada.

As chaves que me deram não abriam as portas, nem a da rua e nem a do apartamento, apenas a do meu quarto funcionava normalmente.

Ein wenig Charme einer Wohngemeinschaft. ;-) Ca. zehn Zimmer mit eigenem Bad teilen sich einen Gemeinschaftsbereich. Sehr ruhig und sauber. Perfekte Lage. Freundliches Personal.

Good overnight for airport proximity and nice facilities

Very welcoming, great location, with available on street parking

Bathroom was a part of the main room that was partitioned off. Walls didn’t go to the ceiling, and there were odd clear glass inserts, so a lot of light and noise in the main part of the room

Bom custo benefício e excelente localização.

Excelente localização próxima a Av da Liberdade, com fácil acesso ao Metro. Além disso, a equipe nos atendeu antes do horário do check-in, permitindo antecipar a nossa entrada no quarto.

Wouldn’t recommend

Good location to work and to get into town. Nice staff.

Filthy bathroom with mould all over the shower and the curtain. The cleaner came to remedy the situation the following day. We appreciate the responsiveness and helpfulness of the staff in fixing this. The room looked out onto the main road so if you’re a light sleeper don’t stay here. The mechanical curtains also let in a lot of light.

Beautiful place and location with lovely host; fix the bathroom smell and the place is impeccable.

It was a bit strange with the possibility to see into the bathroom from the bed. Also we had to pay 10 euros to leave the luggage until the evening when we left. It was a bit hard to find the entrance and the correct floor since the name said there isn't the same as on Booking..

Exceptional

Great location, right next to the bus station, near metro, etc, and right next to a Parque Eduardo VII. The hosts are very friendly, we left our luggage for 5 Euros after we checked out because we had an evening flight and everything went well. There is no humidity in the apartment and everything was clean and tidy.

A nice place in a decent spot with promise, but ruined by the horrific smell that almost made me vomit, and getting lock

I’ll explain how this place works, so you have one of about 10 rooms on the first level of a building. Each room has access to a communal area that comprises of a kitchen and a lot of areas to sit and eat food. It has a reception but it is not quite a hotel. It is situated in a decent spot, a 300m walk up a steep hill from the station, where you can catch the train 3 stops on the Azul line and you’re in the middle of Lisbon. The room is decent size and the bathroom is also pretty nice. Reception were nice and helpful, you can message on WhatsApp whenever you like. The automatic blinds are also a very nice touch, blocking out light very well, very easy to use.

Couple of bad things, the bathroom smelled quite strongly, we didn’t notice too much at first, only a slight smell, but after waking up on the second morning I could hardly breathe, I had to open up the windows and stick my head out of the window and turn the aircon up high. We thought it was maybe the aircon making the room smell, we later realised that the smell was coming from the bathroom, possibly from the shower drain. From that point onwards, we made sure to shut the bathroom door at all times and keep the fan running constantly in the bathroom, this meant that the room smelled slightly better, but the bathroom smelt like I was standing in a sewerage pipe, I had to hold my nose everytime I went into the bathroom. One day I had really sweaty clothes, and the smell of the sweaty clothes was like fresh flowers compared to the smell of the bathroom. We often used the communal toilet in the lobby, rather than our own because of the smell. On the last day, I used the communal toilet and then I closed it behind me and the metal bit of the lock got wedged in the door, I was stuck in the bathroom for about 10 minutes trying to open it whilst my girlfriend tried to open it from the other side. We banged the door and it eventually opened, there is a sign on the door that tells you not to lock it, however maybe the sign should tell you not to close the door at all, because I would hate for someone else to get stuck in there, especially if no one knows they are stuck.

The stay was so comfortable the staff was so helpful and kind and they even let me stay a couple of hours extra while I was waiting for my next travel
