Location was good for eating out and groceries.
It was clean and Tidy and had everything we needed e.g washing machine fridgefreezer, cooking facilities were excellent. The living space was great. Felt safe and secure with onsite parking. Communication was excellent. Tastfully decorated. Would recommend to friends.
The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable at all luckily it was only for our son. The main bed probably could do with a mattress up grade. Bathroom flooring needs reglueing. The outside of the building block and the stairwell to the apartment could do with a good clean.

The property was cold. Bathroom heater was on but always cold - Lounge.- Could not get the heater to work.
Bedroom- Heater worked for 2 days then I could not get it to work. Even downloaded new instructions, but still no success. The bed was confortable, I spent most time there to keep warm.

Noisy floor boards, pet hair all over the carpet- owner needs to invest in a proper vacuum cleaner to get rid of all those pet hair, as me and my family have allergies we couldn't spend much time in the apartment but aside this it was a beautiful apartment with good amenities to make your stay enjoyable.

Very convenient location for exploring Paisley, Muirshiels Country Park, and surrounding area. Also visited Troon (beach) and Kelingrove Museum & Gallery.

The kitchen was well equipped for our stay and the apartment was recently renovated. The apartment was in a nice neighborhood next to bus stops and grocery stores. Furniture and decorations were nice as well as the television.
The apartment was not clean when we arrived. We had several spider guests who did not split the cost.
I don't think this is something the host can fix but there were spaces in the floor where the floorboards creaked and sank into the carpet, indicating they may be broken. The floorboards for the apartments above us were noisy as well which added to the children conducting sprinting drills in the apartment above us.
The toilet seat is not firmly fixed to the toilet so when you sit on it the seat sinks to one side. The bathroom smelled like mold when we arrived, which the aged glade air freshener sat on top of the heater did not alleviate.
While the apartment was recently renovated, some of the renovations must be either ongoing or not completed correctly. The bathroom door had a lock styled like a public restroom stall and the bathroom fan was attached to some wooden blocks (pictured below).
The only doors that had locks on them were the bathroom door and the front door. All of the other doors in the apartment didn't have a locking mechanism.
We made use of the sofa bed for our third guest only to find there were no sheets, just a mattress cover.

Fabulous location.

A very comfortable apartment in a good location. Quite close to the town centre and within easy reach of the countryside, Loch Lomond, Muirshiel Country Park, the Burrell Collection, etc. It has everything needed either for a short break or a longer stay.
You can hear some noise from the apartment above, including creaky floors. But it's not enough to really bother you, especially if you're out during the day (as you tend to be).

Spacious Flat very modern, beautifully decorated and styling and modern with Netflix and WiFi and everything explained well. Lots of communication!
Parking was a little difficult but always did end up getting parked.

Location was perfect, local supermarkets, shops and pubs. Beautiful park opposite apartment. Very quiet in building and area. Some toileteries, condiments in food cupboard, coffee, tea etc.
The pillows were a little too firm for us.
Would of loved the tv in the bedroom to of worked.
