Excellent
A home in the city
5.0
Rather poor as they overcook the food and it is spoilt. Poor selection.
They should at least have a juice and fruit.
Better food options and better prepared food

Location

The room itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were nice. And there's the free breakfast. :) Overall good experience and definitely a place I'd recommend in Bacolod City.

The property are clean, though there is no lift or elevator but the staff are always ready to help to their guest. Their rate per day is value for money.
What we dont like about the property, their is no lift but staff are always there to assist /help their guest. There is no fridge & kettle is upon request. But still we can manage.

Good
The washroom, the shower is really old the water that come out is just little, there is no space for the toothbrushes, the sink is really small. The blanket is not comfy at all. The aircon is really old and it’s not making the room cold

Breakfast was not great as expected but ok
No lift/elevator and the restaurant has an unclear policy
8.0
Affordability and it comes with free breakfast.
A bit far from the city proper.

The staff were very accommodating. It was past the schedule for serving of breakfast when I showed up in the restaurant but they still accommodated me. The room was okay--comfy bed, good airconditioning, and space.
The water pressure was low; it was taking so much time just to finish shower. The wifi was also on and off inside the room. There was no elevator so if you have heavy luggages, it would be a challenge.

Toilet was clogged.
We were at the 3rd floor with NO Elevator. Hard to go up and down with baggage in tow.

I really liked their breakfast. helpful staff too.
the door in the bathroom at room 208 was broken. also, dirty water during our stay. the room needs more character i think. blank walls made it look sad.

The staff are amazing! We really felt that we are taking cared of in our 5days stay. Felt like home☺️. The breakfast are superb. The guards are very attentive and approachable. I highly recommends this hotel. We’ll surely visit again North tourist in in our coming vacations.
The Wi-Fi in our room is weak and sometimes on and off connection. Hope the hotel would able to fix this.

Not enough blankets, sheet was too thin

The restaurant downstairs was pretty decent and provided a nice breakfast.
Room smelled like sewage. Shower drain was at the highest point of the shower so the bathroom flooded every time the shower was on longer than 3 minutes. The windows were so thin it's as if they were open and the street below was extremely noisy. Numerous bugs were also in the room. Beds were basically a mattress topper placed on a plywood frame.

Bathroom was a mess. Complimentary bottled water were half empty. The AC did not cool the room enough
