Meticulously maintained by proud owners and professionally decorated, everyone will relax in comfort in this outstanding family rental. Enjoy world-famous Corolla beaches, or splash in the private pool with the kids. Relax on the rooftop deck enjoying partial ocean views. Evenings will find you playing billiards in the fully equipped rec room with kitchenette offering a full-size refrigerator and microwave for snacks. The kitchen is supplied with all the cooking utensils necessary to prepare meals together for your family. Crown Point has a community pool and don't forget to bring your rackets because there are tennis courts for you to use at no additional charge! Did anyone say 'shopping'? Crown Point is located within walking distance to all the shopping at Tim Buck II, along with a movie theater and water sports. Clothing, beach gear, books, coffee shops, winery, and more are all close by. Grocery stores are less than 5 minutes away. Premier Outer Banks Golf at the famous Currituck Club Golf Club is also nearby, or venture to the 4x4 area and take a Wild Horse Tour. Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
