Fantastic accommodation, great position.

The host was so helpful and the accommodations was lovely with a great deck area and really comfortable beds. Well positioned and within walking distance to the beautiful old town and sea front walk. The host gave great hints in where to eat and sight seeing. Thank you!!!

Lovely, cosy apartment perfect for short stays located in a good area very close to city center.

It was spacious, clean with lovely, functional design, comfortable beds and a nice, big terrace. We really liked the impeccable bed linen and towels as it’s an important detail that shows care and respect toward the guests. The owner was very responsive and helpful even though we had a last minute check-in, he even recommended us places to eat and explore in town.

Perfect base for visiting Bari!

Very near to the station. Quiet inside the bedrooms, which are at the rear of the property. Fantastic terrace with lots of seating and pretty floweringJasmine plants. Sat watching the swifts flying over the city! Great air con, very quiet as it had a ‘night’ mode. Pier was very friendly and also very helpful!! Property is accessed by lift and we met Pier’s friendly neighbours next door. The place felt very safe and secure! Compact kitchen , which had everything we needed including a small coffee machine with pods supplied! Thank you for a great stay Pier, we would highly recommend this apartment!

Good location

Spacious terrace, well maintained kitchen and bathroom. Fresh towels und bed sheets - staff changed them after 3 days (in the middle of our stay).

It was pretty loud because of the traffic and bad acoustic in the building.

Apartment and host were great, but the experience with the host's collaborator was terrible

The apartment was comfortable, clean and had a big balcony. It also had a good location because it is nearby the train station. It was easy to check-in.

Our stay was only for one night and we were departing to Napoli the next day at 01:30pm. We checked in at around 03:00pm and the initial check-out time the next day was 10:00am, so I communicated with the host to ask him if it was possible to check-out at 10:00am, but leave our suitcases until a time closer to our departure. Due to language barrier issues, the host told me that we could leave at 12:00pm, but this is not what he meant to say. We did not spend that night in Bari because we went to see another city and missed the train to return, so we arrived back to the apartment at 07:00am the day we were leaving. We tried to get some sleep before the new check-out time (12:00pm). At 10:00am, the host's collaborator came inside of the apartment pissed off and I tried to apologize in a decent way while explaining him the previous communication that I had with the host. The collaborator yelled at me in a very rude way, which caught me off by surprise, I tried explaining that if he gave us 10 minutes we could be out of the apartment, but he kept yelling. I immediately communicated with the host to ask for some clarification, and he explained to me that, due to the language barrier, there was a misunderstanding. We proceeded to check-out 30 minutes later. I got engaged the night before all of this happened, so this unexpected situation definitely occurred in a bad timing.

The owner was very kind and helpfull. The property in a very good location, right next to the central station, nearby with lots of restaurants, clubs and and supermarkets. Very well equipped with everything you need, for feeling just like home, away from home! The best part was the after dinner in the terrace of the appartment, unforgettable! Thank you Pierpaolo for the wonderfull stay!

Great two room appartment with large terrace very close to the train station!

Big charming apartment, with two comfortable rooms both equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped and the terrace is super big and great for chilling out. The apartment has a minibar, clean towels, and soap and shampoo for each guest, and it was super clean. The location is excellent, very close to the train station. The host was amazing, and they even waited late for us as our train got delayed. I can sincerely recommend this property!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 kitchen and a long hallway + a big terrace.We were with a 1 year and 10 months baby girl so for her the terrace was perfect to run and consume some energy. We slept very good, we had air-conditioning, coffee, water, fruits and some youghurts and beer in the fridge which was great. The apartment is situated at 1,5km away from the city centre so it is pretty near from all the attractions. We had a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and clothes shops in the area and even a Spär near the Central Station. We arrived immediately from and at the airport with the train and we have also visited some small cities also with the train, therefore the location of the apartment was perfect for our needs. The hosts, Pier and Chiara sono meravigliosi!❤️ Grazie Pier per tutto, speriamo di ritornare presto!

Excellent location, great rooftop terrace!

The apartment is very conveniently situated, just near the train station and at walking distance of the pedestrian area. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable vacation. The terrace was great, used it more than any other room.

Amazing trip around beautiful Puglia

The host was amazing. We were missing a large towel and he brought it as soon as we asked with some gifts. The location was extremely convenient because it is super close to the train station and bus stops so it's easy to explore the region and use Bari as a starting point.

There is no sofa in the kitchen/living room area but that is also visible in the pictures of the property.

Big, clean, very good WIFI, excellent localization, the bottle of wine and cold water in the fridge was the nice welcoming:)

Lack of any furnished on beautiful terrazzo - so it was hard to use it. Only one wine glass:(

We had a nice time at Just Here Apartments - La terrazza. Clean and nice rooms, large terrace, hair dryer in the bathroom :). Very comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly host :) !!!
