Eden at The Bay of Fires is one of Tasmania's most spectacular and luxurious beach houses and would sit comfortably within the premium homes at some of the world’s most sought-after locations. Designed by award-winning architect Shane Denman, the oversight and attention to detail is reflected in all aspects of this high quality beach getaway.

Eden enjoys an absolute beachfront position at The Gardens on Taylor's Beach, a 4 km ellipse of pure white sand and clear turquoise water. This beach and surrounding area was recently voted one of the world's Top Ten destinations by Conde Nast Traveller and The Lonely Planet Guide.

The house is spacious and comfortable and filled with contemporary art and furniture crafted by some of Tasmania’s best artists and artisans. Four glass walls fold away to allow the indoors and outdoors to merge. The fully equipped chef's kitchen features Gaggenau and Viking appliances. The generously stocked pantry contains tea, coffee and cooking staples for your use.

It is easy to fill your day here. Walk the beach (you will often have it all to yourself), swim, surf or snorkel. Beautiful Grant's Lagoon provides opportunities for bird watching and warm water paddling. Or just relax with a cuppa, a good book and take in the view.

At the end of the day, sip a glass of Tasmanian sparkling and watch the sun set over the beach.

An incredibly impressive and imposing home and location, with a commanding across Bay of Fires and absolute ocean frontage. Eden certainly lived up to, and even exceeded expectations as a weekend get away from Hobart. My wife and I kept being drawn back to the armchairs placed to maximise opportunities to look out over the ever changing ocean views. The house itself is beautifully decorated and appointed in a functionally luxurious and modern style. Absolutely nothing to fault. Would recommend unreservedly.

This property is stunning and the way that Lynne has prepared it for guests is over the top Unfortunately during our stay the weather was a bit poor, but the house was warm and cozy and we enjoyed sitting in comfy chairs looking out on nature at its best We have stayed at many places around the world but this tops all Tasmania is a wonderful place and Lynne’s house is a wonderful base if you’re planning on going out there. Thanks Lynne for allowing us to stay. Cindy and I will forever remember our days in paradise:)

This property is stunning. The house is so well appointed with everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing, luxurious 5 star get away. The views along the beach are amazing. Excellent information from host regarding where to purchase food from St Helens - on the way into Bay of Fires, cafes and restaurants as well.

The view from the house is spectacular with panoramic views of the beach and ocean. This is a special place to enjoy nature and relax. House is well appointed with facilities, has a great kitchen and the dining and lounge enjoys the incredible vista. Very comfortable beds, plenty of heating and cosy bathrooms.

This property is an absolute must if you want luxury, aspect and position. The view is sublime and surreal. While others say the photos are an accurate description of this property they indeed understate it's beauty, serenity and amenity. It comes fully equipped and appointed - everything you could wish for. Make sure you stock up with all your favourites, especially the oysters, because you won't want to leave. Did I say luxury? Yes, 6 star luxury!

Eden is a truly stunning property. The house itself is amazing. The upper level is open and extremely spacious with stunning views of the ocean right in front. The kitchen is large and very well setup. It has every pot, pan, cooking utensil you could imagine. Including a good coffee machine, blenders, mix master, toastie machine. It is also well stocked with spices and basics for cooking. The living area is large and spacious. There are 4 wonderful bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms and another spacious living area downstairs with a spa on the deck. It also has the most amazing selection of books. If only we had stayed longer to keep reading them! This house is even better than the pictures. You walk straight onto the most picturesque beach. White sand, crystal clear water and barely anyone around. We stocked up on food and drinks in St Helens and made the most of enjoying our time in this amazing place. Lynne was lovely to communicate with and provided us lots of local information and a lovely bottle of local wine which we enjoyed with some fresh oysters from down the road. I really hope to return and stay in this beautiful home.
