We loved our stay in this apartment. The location was amazing and very walkable to everything! The layout was nice and spacious for our big group. Would recommend staying here! Owner was very communicative and welcoming!

The apartment was just as pictured. It was well equipped and I even took advantage of the washer/dryer. The rooms were spacious enough, and beds were comfortable. I wish the a/c could have been turned down more because it got really warm in the apt. It was also a bit noisy at night so we found it hard to sleep. There were earplugs provided but it’s not comfortable sleeping with those on. The host was very responsive when I had a question about the garbage. The bins are about a two minute walk. Overall, the apartment is nice and modern, but the noise at night could make for sleepless nights.

We stayed for three nights and could not have had a better experience. The location was perfect. At most a 15 minute walk from any sight in town and shorter to most. The residence was exactly as suggested in the listing. Very comfortable for our group of 2 couples. Could have easily had 1-2 more guests as well. We added the snack and bike tour options and both were perfect. Martina our bike guide was very knowledgeable and shared great stories about the history and art of the city. The bonus of the stay as you see in the pictures is the view of the Duomo especially at night The only MINOR point to be aware of is that the elevator starts one level up so you do need to carry your luggage upstairs that flight. This was no concern for us and we usually just walked up all three flights anyway. We would highly recommend this residence!

We have enjoyed many VRBO properties. Truthfully, they are rarely as nice as they appear on the site. This property was even more beautiful than it appeared. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults, too large when it was just two of us, but in all cases very, very comfortable. Our hosts were ever helpful before and during our stay. They are very proud of the property and keep it up to date and clean. The location is wonderful. We stayed for nearly three weeks and were sad to leave. If you go, please know that you will need to be able to comfortably climb three flights of stairs. The apartment is top floor, 94 stairs to the entry. It is served by an elevator that starts about 30 stairs from entry. Honestly, we enjoyed the challenge, but in 10 years, we may be less able. If you are able, we heartily recommend the property!

We loved our stay here in Florence. It was the perfect location, central to all major sight-seeing attractions without being too loud. The ease of communication with the hosts throughout was simple. What a lovely apartment! Better than the pictures. Andrea met us at the parking garage across the street then took us over and showed us around his wonderfully appointed home. He provided us multiple suggestions, and made himself available for anything we needed. The location is outstanding and walkable to everywhere you would want to visit. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and has a mixture of new architecture along with many of the original exposed beam ceilings which makes for a fascinating contrast. All the work was extremely well done and everything functions perfectly. In addition, the location is absolutely fabulous as you are within walking distance to more or less everything in town. You're surrounded by great restaurants and attractions right outside your door. I highly recommend this place and Andrea was fantastic to work with and very responsive

The apartment was wonderful - even better than the photos! First class design and quality fittings and furniture. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Also, the attention to detail provided by Andrea and Greta was very welcome. They were friendly and attentive. They provided complimentary tea, coffee, water and wine on our first day as well as breakfast supplies for the following day. And they were at the end of the phone, if needed (although there was nothing we needed). Excellent restaurant suggestion too - we had a superb meal at Fratellini, just down the road from the apartment. On top of all this, the location was excellent - minutes from Il Duomo and within walking distance of most of the major attractions of Florence. All in all, a perfect base to explore this beautiful city. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else for future visits to Florence. Thank you Andrea and Greta!

Look no further. We loved our apartment! Perfect for our group of five, and could easily have had a couple more. Very clean and well equipped. Andrea and Greta have paid attention to details and gone above and beyond what I have seen in the other properties we have stayed. It was a wonderful central location. Residenza Covoni is a beautiful modern apartment. It is well appointed with every comfort of home. Andrea and his assistant met us upon our arrival and saw us into the apartment and gave us a tour of their home. Andrea was always available for questions and very helpful. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the Duomo and a 5-10 minute walk to all of the important destinations in central Florence. We will definitely stay here again when we retun to Firenze.
