Kids loved the TVs in every room. It comfortably accommodated our group of 4 adults and 5 children.

The house was very comfortable, everything was nice. Would like to rent in the future. There was only a few things that would make the stay even better. An outlet outside so we could charge our boats after a day of fishing on Lake Powell and a chest freezer to keep all our fish frozen. But the host Josh was very friendly and responsive to our requests.

Eight adults stayed prior to boarding a houseboat on Lake Powell. Location was very convenient and was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and the communication with Josh, the owner was great. Will definitely stay there again.

Sutton home was a great experience and find!! Checking in was super easy, we got the instructions from the host on how to access the house and had no problem. The house is fully equipped, super clean and very comfortable!! The location is perfect, all the tours and hike trails are close by; also the neighborhood is safe. The host was great at communicating and responded to anything we needed. Only thing we couldn’t get to work was the WiFi but it worked for us since we were mostly out and about. I will definitely come back to Sutton home for my next AZ vacation !! Thank you for an amazing stay !!!

Had a great family Thanksgiving at Sutton Place!

This was a great rental property for our recent stay during a family reunion at Lake Powell. Perfect location, clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space to park our boat. I appreciated coming off the lake to bathrooms fully stocked with toiletries and extra towels, so we could clean up and relax. My siblings and our kids felt at home, and the kids loved the TVs in the various rooms during down time. The owners were great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This was a very nice house that suited our needs perfectly. We were on a house boating trip and this was a perfect location for Lake Powell, restaurants and shopping for our trip. We had eight people and there was plenty of room. We will be back to Lake Powell and would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed one night after driving in from Las Vegas airport, before boarding our Lake Powell houseboat rental. But this place was clean, comfortable, and big enough for our group of 7 while still being an inexpensive option vs. staying at a hotel. I was a little nervous that I hadn't heard anything about check-in until day of, but the owner came through with access instructions via email and text, and responded to text messages immediately with recommendations on restaurants. We had a great time with the family on the firth of july

We stayed with our adult children and spouses and enjoyed the short trip to Lake Powell each day. It is also close to Horseshoe Bend, which is a beautiful sight. It worked for 10 of us, but one person had to sleep on the couch. There is a bathroom in the master and the other 8 people tried to share the other bathroom, which was tricky. The kitchen was good for our meal preparation and had all we needed, but 10 people don’t fit around the table. The fridge only had 2 shelves and we struggled to fit all the food we brought with us for 4 days. The backyard is large and has a patio with a barbecue but there is no grass or shade at all. Check-In was simple and communication was great. The men enjoyed the large tv’s to stream sports in the evenings. I would recommend it overall.

We came to do some boating on lake Powell for the week. This was just the right price, size, and location for a place to stay for our family summer trip.

We were looking to get an early start to our weeklong houseboating trip on Lake Powell by staying over in Page the night before. This house had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Location was very convenient and easy to find. Joshua was a perfect host—quickly responded to any questions and and check-in and entry couldn’t have been easier.

I would stay here again. However, one of the bedrooms had bunkbeds that were not sleep-able because the mattresses were outdated and the comforter had crumbs on it.

We’ve stayed here two years. Joshua is so easy to contact and willing to help you in anyway. The property is supplied and ready to stay in!!!!!! Highly recommend staying here.

Nice clean place easy access

The place is clean , well furnished and easy to locate. It’s got everything we need. Closer to parks in Northern Az and Southern Utah. We will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

We had a great time. The house was clean and comfy. Joshua And his mom were so helpful and welcomed us as a family.

We had a small mix up with our booking but Josh went over and above to fix the problem. We had a great stay! Best place we have stayed in Page yet and we go every year! Would definitely stay again next summer!! Beds were very comfortable after a day on the lake and the Kitchen had everything you could need.

Joshua was a fantastic person to deal with - answering any questions, gave recommendations and let us have an early check in. The house is clean, tidy and very spacious. It has a very well-equipped kitchen and even bathroom supplies for guests to use. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air-conditioning was also great to have. It was very convenient to have wi-fi included. It was perfect to have place where we could do a spot of laundry too. The photos don't do this little gem justice! I would recommend anyone wanting to stay at "home away from home" to definitely stay here! Thanks Joshua - if we are ever back in the area again, we'd love to stay again. Cheers, Kylie.
